Overall a good place. It was a clean, modern, perfectly serviceable space, though missed the homey touches of most airbnbs. Great location, though a bit noisy from the entertainment venues outside (booming music til well past midnight). Lots of space, though oddly under-furnished. Really could've used a desk in the main bedroom.
Bathroom plugs in master bath didn't work; in other bath, blow-dryer tripped the breaker so we ended up hunched in the hallway. The entire check-in process was pretty labored with all the back and forth required by kasa. Tons of email/text outside of the airbnb messaging. They require an entirely separate registration process from airbnb that's annoying. They when I needed to actually check myself in, the instructions weren't available in any message because they're "on the kasa platform" which wasn't working for me. I would've loved just having a pdf or email or airbnb msg instead. I texted the kasa rep and they cheerfully sent me the needed information.
