The property is well appointed and in a great location, and while Kasa uses very sleek tech for check-in/check-out and communication, I unfortunately discovered their major flaw of having poor onsite service and poor resolution of issues. I reported a maintenance issue on my first full day of a four-night stay and was told it would be taken care of right away. When I did not hear back, I reached out again and was told it would be fixed within 12-48 hours. After well over 48 hours later I reached back out again and at that point was only offered a thank you for “bringing it to their attention” but offered no resolution of the issue. I then reached out on the day of check-out asking about how they could make it right for me and was told I would hear from someone. I reached out again after not hearing and was thanked again for my concern. After yet another attempt to get resolution I was told my case would be “escalated” and I would hear back from the main office, which I never did.
