Location, Comfort, Clean, Roomy City break after a wedding weekend. British husband’s first time in Texas. Anticipate city sounds at night which didn’t bother us. Lots of room, very comfortable, easy access in and out of building and parking. Excellent communication with the leasing office. We would definitely stay there again.

I got to stay in the Austin, TX location and found it to be quite nice. It was centrally located along with being very clean and nicely set up. I will definitely use Kasa again and highly recommend them to anyone travelling! Way better than a hotel!!

This property is in a great walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, etc. there is a grocery and coffee shop on the ground level, a Starbucks next door, and restaurants on the block! The room was very clean, great view of fireworks for NYE, laundry in your room, a balcony, no complaints at all! It was my anniversary and Kasa left us a $10 Starbucks gift card in our room which was a thoughtful touch! Also a coffee machine, cookware, and a couple snacks too! Thank you for a great stay!

TOP location! Great service (we had an issue with some light bulbs and in a couple of hours someone went to change it). Would definitely recommend it

Kasa Downtown was AMAZING! Stayed for New Year's Eve 2025 and the aparthotel was extremely clean and well appointed. KASA service was very professional and friendly and very responsive, felt like we had our own personal concierge. Parking was simple and we felt very safe in the general area of the building. We WILL definitely stay at KASA the next time we travel to Austin. GUARANTEED!!!

Our stay was good. There were a couple small hiccups, but communication was good while we had our stay with Kasa. Great location!!

The location was perfectly located and we were able to walk to the majority of places we wanted to see. There was alot of great places to eats and many things to do near by. I really enjoyed my stay here.

Not recommend of aged family, we had horrible check-in experiences. they really need to figure out a better check-in process. when we arrived the place after a long driving, what is people expected? A complicated self check-in process. At least I will never boot same type hotel anymore.

Great place and easy check in! Everything was within walking distance, such as 6th street.

Great location! Loved how walkable things were and restaurants, bars, shops are right downstairs. The property management was communicative through text and everything was seamless. LOVED the bed! The only not perfect thing was the bedroom tv only has 5 old channels and no streaming available in there like the living room does so we had to stream in bed on the laptop

It was very easy to check in at Kasa, and their instructions were clear and thorough. Having on-site parking downtown made it super convenient once we picked up our rental car. The location was fantastic—centrally situated near many of the Austin spots we wanted to explore. Plus, the apartment itself was well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Bare bones not even a pen . Bring some type of house shoe or flip flop other wise your feet will be black from walking on the Filthy floors . The club down the street is “THUMPING “ till 2 a.m.

Central to downtown but absolutely convenient for my trip as we open a new office close. The facility is top notch and all aspects of booking and use / entry easy to navigate. The system is so user friendly, please keep up the amazing work!!

We picked this location because of location (it's directly across from the Moody Theater and close to several other cool spots) and it's a great spot if you're visiting downtown Austin. Our space was huge, had a great outdoor balcony, and was well appointed. Super comfortable as well. It was noisy at night - which is to be expected in downtown Austin, but otherwise a great location we would definitely stay there again.

A seamless trip thanks to Kasa! Check-in, stay, and check-out were all as easy as can be. The bedroom and place was spotless upon arrival. Highly recommend staying here. Right in the heart of downtown Austin too.

It’s a nice place but extremely pricey.

Perfect location, amazing views, spacious apartment.

I would have given a 4.5 if possible. The place was just as described and check in was a breeze. My only issue was the street noise but thats what I get for wanting to be in the heart of the action. We didnt cook but if we had, it would have been difficult since there was only one small frying pan, not big enough for 2 pieces of chicken. They also don't have a wine opener. But all in all, it was perfect for what we needed.

Absolutely prefect location! Incredibly easy to get to and the location was absolutely perfect! So many beautiful restaurants around as well as so close to many of Austin’s attractions. I hope to get back again soon and will for sure be recommending and booking Kasa again!

Excellent space and location Very nice stay with Kasa. Excellent location in downtown Austin. The room was extremely spacious and well laid out including a small porch. No issues with the small exception of finding the correct entrance which is just a bit buried in a building but overall, great place and would stay again with hesitation.

Kasa Fantastic stay clean and great location will return

Loved staying at Kasa Amli Downtown on Lavaca St. This our second time staying here. The building is secure, very quiet, and located in a very walkable area. It’s nice to have a condo, as opposed to a hotel room. Washer/dryer, full kitchen, balcony with chairs to enjoy the outdoors, and comfortable bed. Although it may be confusing when you first arrive as to which elevator to use, you will get the hand of it quickly. After initial check in, You need an elevator key card to get to apartments, without it, you are staying in the garage. If you have any issues, it’s usually addressed in a timely matter. Pool area is very nice, and well kept with pool furniture, and a few gas grills for those who want to barbecue. We will definitely stay here again, and we do recommend if you plan to be in area for more than 4 days.

We had the most exciting time in Austin! It was our first time staying downtown Austin, and our very first time staying in a loft. It was different, but very nice. The location is awesome as everything that is anything, is in walking distance. Thanks for having us, and we hope to be back in the very near future.

The villa was amazing!!! We didn’t want to leave. It actually felt like home. The company’s communication was very quick and helpful. Very close to areas downtown and 6th street. The only one dislike was the water didn’t stay hot long, but everything else was perfect!!!

AWESOME PLACE! We HIGHLY recommend this place! We stayed in the one bedroom (I believe they have a two bedroom as well), and it was absolutely awesome! Everything seemed to be brand new and very clean. I believe Kasa must lease these apartments and then rent them out, but I’m not sure. Either way, it was fantastic and I don’t think you could find a nicer place for the money. Full kitchen with a huge living space. We were on the fifth floor and enjoyed the balcony. It’s a great location in a nice area, and is a short walk to Rainey and 6th Streets. There is no front desk, so when you arrive, park out front or in the garage (free for 20 minutes) and then go to your room and get your parking pass (if you chose to park there). Then you can exit the garage and re-park with your pass. We received texts from Kasa several times throughout our stay, just asking if we got into our room ok and if everything was going well. So cool! Don’t look anywhere else… book this place if you’re looking for an AWESOME place to stay in downtown Austin! 😎🍻 I’ve included a couple of photos (keep in mind, we had already been in the room for a day when I took the photos haha)

Overall, great place Toliet seat was loose,I fixed it Directions, a bit challenging but this old man made it Will use again if able. Great Italian restaurant, Taverna Boci Room right there.Thanks to all !!!!

Great location downtown, super clear and easy instructions from Kasa, very clean spacious and tidy unit. Gym was also clean and well equipped

Great place! I stayed here instead of a hotel while I was attending a conference in Austin. I didn't want to be stuck in a hotel room and this was perfect to have so much more space and a kitchen for the same price as a nice hotel. I also loved the walkable location for great food, music, shopping, etc. I highly recommend Kasa!

Kasa Downtown suited our needs perfectly for a 2 night stay. Detailed instructions are given as to how to check in when you arrive, so if you follow them there are no issues. and Kasa immediately responded to any issues or queries we had. It's located in the business district, directly across the road from ACL Live, and other areas with more bars/restaurants/shops are walkable or short Uber drives away. Apartment was large, clean and tidy. Air con was slightly noisy and some street noise can be heard but apart from that (and for the price) can thoroughly recommend!

Austin with Daughter Accessing the property is tricky though the directions are very specific. The key card for the elevators worked sometimes but not always ending was annoying for the people that live there I’m sure. We called immediately upon arrival to get a blanket for our daughter since she was staying on the sleeper sofa but they did not bring one until the next day. We had to pile on clothes and such because it got cold that night. The location is great! Walking distance to restaurants and shops and the river.
