Hard to get in the elevator with out key that was in the room for check in. The shower curtain was moldy and dirty. The spare blanket had hair on it. No pillows on the couch like pictures. No facecloths . They did deliver 1. Yes one for 4 people after requested. They also entered the place With out permission. Very very noisy. Small hot water heater. 4 people can not shower in a row as you’ll run out of hot water after 3 quick showers. Extremely loud all night long. Getting in and out of the garage was a pain at first. The key cards werent working. Great location. Nice building. Very responsive host.

Fantastic modern space with tons of room. Had all of the basic amenities (shampoo, olive oil, salt pepper etc) and a thoughtful little welcome bag. Steps away from Austin City limits with great restaurants and coffee shops (plus nice little grocery) on the same block. We will be seeking out Kasa options for our future travels- overall a great value.

The apartment was clean, orderly and we felt safe. Plenty of outlets for charging our phones, iPads and laptops. It was too cold for the pool but it was most inviting and appealing to the eyes. We never heard a sound from anyone above or next to us. On Friday night there was some street noise early evening as there are restaurants all around and people enjoying themselves. Parking on level 2 was much easier then trying to find a spot on level 1. This is a modern apartment with a full kitchen and large bathroom. Oh and on the block is a small grocery store which was nice.

The appartement is minimalistic decorated with lots of respect for the concrete architecture but still in such a way that it feels cosy and homely. When I arrived the apartment was very clean. I had some questions before arriving and the helpdesk was very willing and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The gym on the 2nd floor on the opposite corner of the building is wel equipped and even has an outdoor area where you can work out. Everything is in a walking distance (when you're from Europe) like Austin South Side and Lady Bird Lake.

The location and the actual condo cannot be beat. Directions to get in and out of the building, or amazingly detailed and very helpful. Getting in and out of the parking garage and up and down the elevator was a bit of a hassle because our card key didn’t work, but we managed. It was truly comfortable an amazing experience

It was an amazing location for a friend's birthday celebration. Very minimalist and modern with great amenities. Huge space and fun city views. Pool looked fun, but weather did not cooperate. Only suggestions would be to add some hooks in the bathroom and some pillows in the living room. The couch was very wide and a bit odd. I would definitely recommend this for others looking to be in downtown Austin close to the capitol, the river, fun shops, theaters and great food.

Our trip experience was significantly increased because of this location. Central to lots most of downtown living, with a grocery store right under our condo. You could BIRD (scooter) almost anywhere in a few minutes! I wish there were more accommodations as far as towels/linens in the condo. Only complaint— low water pressure in master bath toilet so a lot of double flushing.

This place was absolutely amazing! Very clean and classy, and everything I could need for my 4 night stay. The location is perfectly placed in downtown, within walking distance of everything with a handy convenience mart on the ground floor. Check in/out instructions were very clear and easy to follow, and communication was quick.

I really enjoyed staying at this location. It is close to everything you might need and was only a quick jaunt to most things. For being in the location it was it was actually really quiet. I loved the update gym and included parking. I also had to take a a few calls and the unit was spacious enough to conduct work all day if needed.

The space was dressed by spartan with a strong affinity toward minimalism. That’s all to say don’t expect much outside the barest of necessities. The corner flat 512 is massive for a 2 bedroom and you will absolutely get road and concert noise. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were very plump. Would like a more human touch when dealing with KASA. They love their apps. We had a simple early check in request that could only be made through an app that required far too much information for something a person should’ve been able to answer. Overall I would stay again.

Roomy, chic digs; some urban noise Industrial chic layout. Plenty of space. Convenient to our destinations. Noise from people on street was an issue, despite being on 5th floor. Check-in/out process cumbersome, despite detailed instructions (e.g. only one garage exit gate had Kasa key deposit box, so had to park on the street and run back to leave key after final exit).

Great condo in DT Austin with a positive Vibe! Great location being close to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and walking distance to the convention center. Nicely appointed with art work, trendy furnishings, quartz counter tops, upgraded appliances, quaint balcony with city views. Clean and neat condo with plenty of linens, walk in closet & comfortable a bed... It is suggested that you allow some extra time to get familiar with & to use the amenities (pool, fitness center, etc...) which I did not do unfortunately. The entrance to the elevators is hard to find especially at night so I suggest you enter off of 3rd Street and Lavaca next to the Royal Blue Grocery. Great place overall, & I highly recommend it!

Full kitchen, two king beds, two full baths, full size Washer/dryer, higher end appliances (including washer/dryer), wrap around 5-th floor patio, clean fitness room with a rowing machine, roaming security. WELL DONE! Did not try pool. Location was perfectly situated in the best part of town. ENJOY
