10/10 Exceptional
We were very happy with this Kasa stay! Our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment rental was HUGE, sparsely furnished (in a good way, aka no clutter!), and we had a giant balcony overlooking downtown. Austin is not particularly pedestrian-friendly, but being downtown was perfect. We have two little kids and walked lots of places - nice wide sidewalks, easy to grab food, etc., and even a little grocery store attached to the building. Having the parking spot was key, which made it easy to get around to parks and restaurants, bring suitcases up, etc. The pool area is lovely, but the pool is unheated. On a hot day, it was comfortable and totally empty! My only gripes are that the kitchen is laughably stocked (like, not even an oven mitt to remove something from the oven, and literally 4 forks) and the check-in instructions are super complicated. After a long day of traveling with kids, not having 7 different emails from Kasa about check-in would have been nice. But we would very gladly stay here again!
