Great place, rough check in
I really liked this place. It was in a great location, close to a grocery store, bars, etc. I always felt safe. The pool was great, it was ACL wknd and there was only one other person down there. The apartment was clean, neat, and had a full kitchen. The balcony was nice too and the view of downtown was pretty. There’s also a washer and dryer with detergent and stuff, which was awesome. What wasn’t great was “checking in” and getting into the place to begin with. I had seen other reviews where ppl had issues too. We followed the directions and the entrance/elevators are in a weird place, but not a big deal. We got our code, but it didn’t work in the elevator. After you get to your room, there’s a card that works in the elevator so you can use it. But the code needed to use the elevator to get to the room didn’t work so we called and they were very helpful but we never could get a code to work in the elevator (we also had a TV issue and they were very prompt and helpful over the phone). Eventually, one of the residents used their card to help us get to our floor and we used our other code on the door and got in. It took a half hour from getting there to actually getting up to our room. The directions were thorough but they didn’t understand you needed a different code for the elevator the first time until you get the card so that was frustrating. Besides that, I’d definitely stay here again
