Great space — larger than I expected and very spacious! Great location, though as some folks noted, if you’re looking for complete silence, may not be the location for you as this is in a happening downtown spot. I didn’t have an issue with that though and enjoyed the location and building!

We had an amazing time at our Kasa in Austin. It exceeded our expectations. The check in process was so easy and we were able to get in an hour earlier. I did not notice any mention of a washer and dryer in the unit, so seeing it with washer pods was an extra bonus. The complex is a little challenging to navigate- think of a big square, but there are multiple entrances. The only negative I have is that the place didn't have that comfortable homey feel that most Airbnb's have. While very clean, it was simple and cold feeling, that doesn't impact my ratings at all though!

Pros: Very centrally located in the heart of Austin making it walkable to Zilker park, W 6th street, Rainey st, and most of the downtown restaurants. Large living room with fairly loaded kitchen. Great wrap around balcony. Cons: brutalist concrete style reminiscent of the USSR, elevators that never seemed to work, slightly confusing getting in the first time.

The building and suite were better than I expected. There was one issue that was promptly addressed (toilet) and another that was not as it was a weekend (elevator). The location is ideal for exploring downtown Austin. Austin is very much a 24 hour city with activity from early in the morning to 2AM, so if you are not used to the sounds of the city, it can be a little much. Overall, it was a very nice stay and would be considered if I went again.

Great location! Near lots of things to do like eat, drink, live music, and play. place was clean and comfortable. I just wish there was a way to request more toilet paper and bed sheets for the pull out sofa bed. If there were instructions, I unfortunately did not see them. The fitness gym is AWESOME. Really modern, clean, and maintained equipment. Great pool.

Awesome location, super responsive host, and check-in was a breeze. The rooms were spacious with a nice balcony overlooking Second Street. Cold A/C and squeaky clean all around. The pool and gym were great too! Our unit didn’t exactly match the photos in the listing, but that was fine. Kasa has a bunch of different units at this property, so it makes sense. Highly recommend staying here if you don’t want to deal with a car while doing all the fun stuff in Austin.

Simple, clean accommodations Apartment was fine. Cold and spare aesthetic. Furniture was low quality and had nuisance issues like TVs that had to be unplugged to stop persistent whine and an AC that shook the apartment each time it started. Check-in was a challenge due to the time-out between the login panel and the elevator. Staff very responsive to texts and helpful.

We stayed here for our trip to ACL this year! This location is super close to many restaurants and shopping. It was also walkable to the shuttle to the festival, which was handy! Others have mentioned having issues with the noise monitor, but it didn’t bother us at all. It is a pretty loud street right outside so bring earplugs if you are sensitive! One downside is that this place seemed to be pretty bare bones. We had what we needed but nothing more. We had to buy more toilet paper and paper towels during our stay as Kasa will not restock during your stay! The cleanliness was also a little subpar so I recommend shower shoes if you are worried about that. The couch and common room chairs had some stains. TLDR: location is what you’re paying for with this Airbnb!

We came of ACL and will definitely stay at Kasa when we return! Likes: The location is perfect, right in the heart of Austin and surrounded by great restaurants and shops! We got around on scooters that we could easily rent and leave at another location (Zilker Park). Dislikes: It was a little loud at night. For young people, it's not an issue. Austin has a great nightlife scene.

Room was spacious with a minimalist look. Essentials were provided. I did not use any of the amenities so I can not comment on those. Only real issue I had was the dryer not working, I discovered that after washing clothes. I simply hung them up in the bathroom. Kitchen lights and living room ceiling fan didn't work, not big issue. A coffee machine is provided but doesn't brew pods, so heads up on that. On the plus restaurant, bar, and coffee shops a few feet away.

Wonderful stay and location! Our spot was extremely convenient to what we were looking to do in downtown Austin during our one night stay. I would recommend it for others and stay again myself many times The home was clean and very comfortable. It’s in a great location with so much around you. We were here for a concert on Congress and it was an 11 minute walk to our location. I will definitely recommend anyone to stay here. The only small issue I had was with the check in instructions. I had to request them as they were not sent and it was past check in time. Then I had to go through a process of a preregistration, and then when I finally got them, they were a bit cumbersome. However, I did feel that we were very safe and everything was in order like this for a reason. I would just recommend giving yourself time to get familiar with them much earlier than upon arrival. So I’ll definitely take the blame for some of that.

Great location however there are multiple bars/clubs nearby that play music until 2am. Large space, could use a little more furniture/decoration however very comfortable stay. Kitchen and bathroom had all the "requirements" but not overly stocked. Parking was well worth the additional fee which is quite reasonable given the length of stay. The parking garage is also a public garage for the 2nd street district. The acoustics were consistent with what you would expect in a space with all polished concrete floors and minimal rugs.
