The location of this Kasa was great. The actual apartment was very industrial and looked very different from the pictures, which looked more cozy, warm, like home. The walls were concrete with a little sheet rock (unsure if walls were insulated) so there was a lot of street noise, street sweepers x 2 during our 4 day stay, loud cars, tons of grackle birds (which I know you can't help). The windows were very thin which didn't help with the noise. I picked this Kasa to have a kitchen to cook although the pans were rusty and old so we did not chance it. The unit was not appropriately stocked with towels (there were 4 bath towels, no washcloths, hand or floor towels, toliet paper was only 1/4 roll, no laundry soap/dryer sheets, empty hand soap in the bathroom, and no kleenex. The price was similar to surrounding hotels. Unfortunately we will not be staying here again despite all the good reviews (which is why I booked Kasa in the first place).
