One of the best locations in Miami Beach, you can walk to the best restaurants and the beach. The issue is the quality of the rooms, it’s like a 1970s remodel, outdated floors, furniture, window and curtains.
At night it’s noisy, but you don’t know how noisy until you hear cars from the street, the restaurants and the hotel guests, 360 surround sound.
In addition to the noise you get the wonderful white light coming through the window. It’s insane a $300 room doesn’t have blackouts. (I used the 2nd mattress and put it against the window yes that bad)
The bathrooms are dated, the coffee machine didn’t work, and the on site team doesn’t talk to you, you have to email them.
I’m still flabbergasted that they don’t offer daily cleaning in the hotel, it’s like an Airbnb without the benefits of a kitchen and being at home)
