The Amazing and not so amazing.
We loved the apartment.
What we didn't love - the security gate was open the entire three day stay. No need for a code as it never closed. It took a little bit to find our unit as nothing oitside is easily identifiable or labeled. The very immediate area is fine, as in the cluster of apartment buildings....but beyond that, this is not a great area of Charlotte (but, lets face it ...it is downtown). There is nothing in the area. No are no restaurants or stores around. You must have transportation and be willing to drive. Also, the pool is not close. You will have to drive to access the pool.
The good, we felt it was a good value for what we got. Despite dookg everything virtually, Kasa stayed in communication. The were timely and communicated well.
The apartment was clean, equipped, comfortable and easy to check in and out of! We will stay with Kasa again!
