Nice place to stay but parking sucks could not get in the gate to park after I put the code in

Safe, clean, spacious and convenient. . . money well spent. The check in process was smooth. Communication was concise and quick. When we had a question about the internet, the response was prompt. I will definitely use Kasa again.

This airbnb was in an great spot to explore the city. The complex has good amenities for down time during a trip!

Five star home away from home This place has all the feels and expectations of home. Amenities are top notch and location is very convenient. Rooms are large and well equipped. Prices are definitely very competitive.

Do not rent here. We were excited to arrive at our Airbnb, get settled, and head to dinner with friends, but the experience started off terribly. Our check-in time was 4:00 PM, and we did not receive access instructions until almost 6:00 PM. Their excuse was a “high volume of calls,” which is completely unacceptable. Traveling is already stressful enough, and when you are traveling with a small child, delays like this make it even worse. There were also three separate access codes required to get into the unit, yet they only provided two and were very unresponsive when we tried to get help. After already losing two hours at the start of our booking because of their mistake, they agreed to a late checkout, but then made the process unnecessarily complicated by sending an email and a separate link requiring me to upload a gift card just to secure it. No one wants to jump through hoops, especially when the inconvenience was caused by them in the first place. This was, by far, one of t

The room was clean. The bedding needs to be replaced and the entire unit is in need of painting. I wish I had known the pool was so far away from our building.

The location felt safe with a few extra security features. The location was convenient for traveling uptown Charlotte. The host provided very clear instructions regarding check-in and check-out. Be prepared to bring or make plans to buy coffee each morning as the unit no longer provides a coffee maker. Steeped coffee and tea is available, however.

Loved our stay! The space was huge and felt very much like an apartment, which made our stay really comfortable. The amenities were great, and everything was clean and well maintained, we were provided towels and everything we needed. It truly felt like a home away from home. The virtual front desk check-in was a little confusing at first, but the team responded quickly and were very helpful throughout our stay. They even accommodated a late checkout for us when our check-in time changed, which we really appreciated. The location was great, while it’s not right in the heart of the city, it’s very close and easy to get around by car or Uber. Parking was also easy and gated, which made us feel even safer. Overall, it was a spacious, clean, and comfortable stay with great amenities, and definitely worth the price. We would stay here again!

Had a great experience with this host. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The host was very responsive and professional throughout the stay. There was a small glitch with the check-in instructions not arriving on time, but they addressed the issue quickly and made sure everything was sorted without much delay. They even offered a 10% discount on a future stay as a thoughtful gesture for the inconvenience. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience—I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay! The place was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The host was very responsive, and the check-in instructions, including getting into the building, were clear, helpful, and easy to follow. Everything was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable stay for visiting the city.

I had a great time staying at Kasa place it was a vibe. Very nice easy to get in even though I was confused at first , but that’s just meeee lol . Kasa responded very fast every time I had a question about anything in the apartment. I rate it 10 out of 10. The only thing I had trouble with was the keypad was not working.

Horrible Experience This place is sketchy. They allow their staff to enter into units unallowed and unannounced while you occupy the unit. There are no additional security locks on the door and they have access to your unit and unapologetically will enter. Be safe in these units.

Spring Break Likes: Clean, spacious unit that has a modern updated look/ feel. Pool area and amenities were amazing. Loved the virtual check-in, not having to carry around a key card was great. Great location near downtown Charlotte, close to many stores and restaurants. Dislikes: A little difficult to find but if you follow the exact instructions you'll be fine! Pool area is on the smaller side and can get pretty packed with people.

The place was very decent to have somewhere to stay while visiting the city area, however there were minor issues within Likes: The location and the decor of the space. Dislikes: Wear and tear that can visually be seen inside of that particular hotel room. For example, broken/worn out door fixtures, chipping paint on the walls etc.

This was my first time traveling, and I’m so glad I chose Kasa on Airbnb! The apartment was absolutely amazing—super private, secure, and exactly what I needed. The host was incredibly friendly and made everything smooth and easy. The bathroom was beautiful, and the bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up 😭. Overall, a 10/10 experience—I would definitely stay here again!

Clean, modern, comfortable, and secure. Likes: Digital code gait entry, door entry, AND room locks... secure. Clean, neat, all modern facilities- fully stocked kitchen (with NO aluminum pots and pans or scratched, teflon coated skillets), the soaps in all areas, fully stocked bathroom, comfortable bed, extra bedding and towels. Clean washer/dryer. I could walk right off the street with just the clothes on my back and a few groceries, and be comfortable here. Dislikes: I was given incomplete data from the company for gate access, getting locked out more than once. Someone neglected to tell me at pre-checkin to start with the # button before entering the gate code. Upsetting for a bit. But resolved. Closet doors so close to bed that I had to close one to get into the other side and close both to get past the bed. Some of the wall switches didn't activate anything I could find... confusion at times flipping a switch for lights and nothing happens. The lamps have to manually be turned on by reaching deep under the shade, which shines a bright glare into eyes each time the lights go on. Hurts my eyes. The building door lock doesn't always latch completely when closing. But probably not a big issue with digital gait entry and room locks. I was informed I had registered parking space. But I had to search for a spot each time I returned to the condo. I shall assume "registered" means there are no more cars than tenants in the building.

Had to leave my stay early due to staff coming in the room unannounced taking pictures of the unit while I was in there. Came out the shower shocked. I can’t believe they would allow staff to come in a room unannounced and unauthorized. This is probably why they don’t have any extra locks for easy access. Never informed me staff was coming. I had to leave all of my groceries there because I don’t know what this person was doing in there since she was taking pictures of inside the cabinets when I walked out.

Comfortable unit but noisy neighbors. Likes: Very clean! Dislikes: The sensor on the door did not respond well. It took multiple attempts to get into the door and to lock it. The unit above us had a barking dog that ran back and forth all night long. We did not sleep well at all. They were very loud with opening and shutting the balcony door.

Great property . Customer is amazing and property is safe

Horrible stay, tenant above us was extremely noisy until 4 in the morning every night. We were finally moved on our 4th day out of a 7 day stay and what would you know, the unit we moved into did not have a blow dryer. All of this to say, when contacting KASA #, all you get is an agent that says they will create an incident report and get back to you. If you are on a tight agenda, as we were, this creates playing tag with no immediate resolution. KASA has no one on sight to address any issues. Terrible, no sleep, in fact the noise was one thing, bu to hear fighting and TV's blaring is just horrible. We should be reimburse for the days we stayed in the unit until the day we moved to a new one.

We absolutely loved our stay. It was very comfortable and everything we needed. It was right there.

They have hidden fees on a site off Airbnb which will make you reconsider your booking. Ended up canceling through support the day of.

My boyfriend and I enjoyed our stay so much!! The place and facilities clean and stocked with everything you would need. We greatly enjoyed the amenities as well. Super great location, easy to get in and out of the city. Would stay again!

Clean and quaint. Really nice for brief getaway.

The location was wonderful and really appreciated the communication with the host. Make sure to turn at the stop sign and then continue down the road to the gated parking lot. Also, make sure to press the pound key before entering the assigned code to the gate. This gave us some trouble, but the host was extremely helpful in helping us solve the problem. Overall, the stay was clean, close to several hot spots in Charlotte and the host was exceptional

Lots of space for what you pay, and a full kitchen. It's an apartment complex setting vs a hotel atmosphere, if one cares about that. It was super close to the highway and downtown. Very convenient. Safe neighborhood. Downtown hotels were much more expensive than this option.
