Spot is just far enough off Union Square to never be swarmed with foot traffic-- you can walk into the restaurants for dinner with no reservation-- but close enough that transit is still very easy. In a 2-block radius there are 3 nice cocktail bars, 3 nice restaurants, 2 casual restaurants, and several bodegas. The option to buy groceries and use a real, full kitchen to save money or stick to a diet is just.... SO nice. I never heard another guest the whole time I was here, except when I passed them in the lobby or the kitchen. And the value for the price is off the chart-- there were ZERO options in this price range where I'd have even felt safe/clean, much less genuinely happy. I will definitely book this spot again in the future, it'll be my little haunt whenever I make it back to SF.
