My room was very clean and the sheets, towels and bed are of high quality. Check in was very easy. The team at Kasa is excellent at communication before, during and after my stay. Highly recommend if you want to be in the Nob Hill neighborhood. Restaurants and coffee shops within a block.

It is overall good stay. I would recommend it to get taste of downtown for short term. It can get bit noisy early in morning and late at night. The surrounding neighborhood is nice during day, but can be unsafe at night (especially for solo women). The only caveat of this stay is that you need to make sure you put your food in your own fridge room because other guests can take it (especially packaged food).

A bit disappointing. The place was clean, though the bathroom sink is so small that it’s difficult to wash your face without getting water everywhere. The toilet is awkwardly placed and I had to run the shower for 10 minutes before the water warmed up (and the water pressure is modest). The elevator wasn’t working so I had to drag luggage up six flights. I wrote the host about the elevator but they didn’t seem very interested. The neighborhood isn’t awesome. I won’t be back.

A great mix between a hotel and a airbnb. You get the space and privacy of a hotel, the low prices of airbnb. Unfortunately you loose the customer support of a hotel unless its something they can fix over the phone which they do answer quickly. We loved this space and its at a amazing location.

Pros- great communication, location, safety, mini fridge, usb/lamp charger Cons-They stated no a/c but I was not aware that there would be a boiler on all night that cannot be turned down so was very hot with no air flow option other than the windows and it’s right on a busy street so too loud to leave open at night. Also walked on the rug with bare feet and they were black afterwards with rug fibers all over them. The rest of the place appeared to be very clean though.

The Airbnb itself is really really nice, was very clean and the check in was very simple. I do not recommend driving there due to the location. The public parkings around are pretty pricey and it’s very hard to find metered parking. It is very noisy in the night time because of the location which is understandable, there was a white noise machine that worked like a charm. And the bed is super comfy! What you see in the pictures is what you get.

I was in SF for business and this was perfect: - Check-in/out couldn't have been more seamless and easy (in fact, "check-in" is a misnomer because I didn't have to do anything -- Kasa just gives access codes to a clean and ready room and then I left) - Room was simple but very comfortable and clean - Great price My new spot for all future business trips to SF

This appears to be an old hotel or rooming house. It retains a historic elevator, steam heat system with radiator. It had a communal kitchen, laundry room, and lounge in the basement. It was adequate for our needs and we enjoyed the historic aspect of the building.
