10/10 Exceptional
There is NO AIR!! We didn’t read that fine print haha. Want to save someone else from being unprepared like we were. We slept with the windows open and it was not hot, but the street noise was bothersome. Not the Air BnBs fault though! The street was safe and a short walk from a few different restaurants/coffee places. We walked to Fisherman’s Wharf and Chinatown without any issues as well. Never felt unsafe! The place was extremely clean, the bed was comfortable, the water pressure was good & hot, the downstairs amenities were SO nice and clean, and the Kasa team was very responsive and helpful! Place was definitely exactly as described and very clean. The only reason we wouldn’t stay again during the summer was the lack of air, but during the winter we absolutely would stay! The heater works well!!
