Short 2 day stay for business. The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because of the miscommunication as to where exactly the room was located. The building where the room was located was called The Whitley, the problem was is that the reservation said “Kasa Lady Bird Lake Austin”. The Uber driver himself, who has lived in the area for 7 years had never heard of it. The address is correct, but nowhere was it posted in front of the Whitley that Kasa Lady Bird has rooms in the building. It wouldn’t have been a huge deal except you cannot get into the Whitley unless you have a key fob that you only receive once checked in and physically get into the room. Luckily there was someone in the lobby who let me in, otherwise not sure how that would have went. Room & amenities were great, a bit of construction going on, but they were mindful of guests. More precise explanation for guests as to location of the room would have warranted a 5 star review. Keep up the good work.
