Very responsible host! Clean and new space. Easy check in. Definitely gonna book again next time in San Diego!

The Kasa team was great! The apartment was clean and had every amenity you needed! The neighborhood was full of walkable things to do. I highly recommend this place and Kasa! Bonus was you could see the harbor from the balcony. So awesome!

Room was spotless. Staff were in constant communication with us to make sure all was well. When we needed a refill of shampoo, a staff member was there within 3 minutes. Literally, 3 minutes. Very friendly as well. I would definite recommend Kasa and intend on coming back in the future.

Kasa little italy We had a really pleasant stay! The place is in a perfect location — close to everything we wanted to see and do. The rooms were super clean and cozy. Check-in was smooth and stress-free, which made for a great start to our trip. Would definitely stay here again!

Really great stay always.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Kasa! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as pictured. The host was also responsive and helpful, anytime I messaged, making sure everything for my trip went smoothly. The Kasa was in a prime location - walkable to coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and all that there is to do in Little Italy - including the incredible Saturday Farmers Market. It was also walkable to the pier…and can’t forget to mention the breathtaking view out the large windows of the space. What really made my stay special was the host’s thoughtfulness — they added a little note to a welcome card acknowledging my 30th birthday and surprised me with a beautiful and delicious cake in the refrigerator! It was such a sweet and personal touch - a type of hospitality I’ve never experienced from a host before. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a welcoming and comfortable stay in San Diego.

great rooms and location

I stay here all the time and I love it, I'll be back!

Beautiful rooms, super clean and very responsive and nice staff!

Todo excelente

Good stay in Sd

I checked in after a long drive from Los Angeles for a few work meetings and the shower wasn’t working. They didn’t have running water and wanted me to live rooms at 11pm and then have a maintenance man come in at 7am. Additionally when they moved me to the other room as a solution there was trash on the floors and blood on the cabinets in kitchen.

The house was very cozy and we settled in well immediately. The price was good for what we paid for! Would book this again if given the opportunity.

(Translated by Google) Stayed here for 11 nights and was super happy from start to finish. Check-in and check-out were smooth and clear, and the Customer Center always responded quickly and professionally when I contacted them. The location is fantastic - right in the middle of Little Italy, close to restaurants and waterfront walks. The apartment was super nice, well-equipped and fresh, and the common areas were of a high standard. Highly recommended - would definitely stay here again.

Kasa Little Italy was home away from home. The people were friendly, towels were plush, response time with staff was quick, bed was sumptuous, washer and dryer were fast and effective, refrigerator was full size, and it was clean.

Loved this hotel and location. Very modern design and clean. Beautiful building design as well. Thanks for the stay!

Awesome experience! Spacious rooms. Clean Rooms. The building could use additional security, too many delivery folks walking in and out of the building at all hours.

It’s amazing! Love it!!

My wife and I had a wonderful stay! Easy check-in instructions with onsite and virtual staff to assist as needed. Edward helped answer questions, offered some great recommendations food and sights wise, and always led with a smile. The room was immaculate, clean, and well maintained. Definitely a place we would stay again!

My new favorite hotel in San Diego. Giant rooms, sparkling clean, and very well run. Feels more like living in a Pottery Barn catalog than your typical shoebox-shaped room. Especially appreciate the large and well-lit bathroom. I definitely like not having to stop at the front desk where the employee is always trying be your fake friend while upselling you. Will definitely be back.

I have the best stay at Kasa. I typically stay at Marriott and Hilton properties. whenever I am in town, but during my recent visit in San Diego, I decided to try something different. Kasa is beginning to adapt to the future of lodging. Everything is pretty much virtual even at the front desk. Despite of it to be “people-less” the property manages to provide superb and quality amenities and services. The room is spotless and give you a sense of being at home. It is also located at the heart of San Diego, so everything is walking distance. Kudos to this new found gem. It is by far my favorite property in SD. Kasa will be my official hotel whenever I am back to the city. Kudos to the General Manager, Mr. Angeles for the hospitality and for always extending his help with whatever I need.

Graete place. Book now! Likes: Wow, this was a perfect apartment hotel. Clean, in an excellent location, with great facilities. We really, really enjoyed our stay. i reccomend it very much!!! Dislikes: Nothing. We are willing to move to San Diego and live there :)

I really enjoyed my stay at Kasa Little Italy San Diego. The location was excellent — right in the heart of Little Italy, surrounded by amazing restaurants, cafes, and just a short walk from the waterfront. The building feels modern, safe, and well-maintained, with great amenities like a rooftop lounge, fitness center, and smooth self check-in. The amenities overall were excellent and added a lot of value to the stay. Everyone who works there, including the concierge, was incredibly kind and helpful. The apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable overall. The main bed was very cozy and provided great rest. However, the sofa bed was unfortunately unusable — it felt like a flat tortilla with springs, extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. I ended up buying an air mattress for the second bed, which I left for future guests. Given that this is a high-investment building, I think improving that aspect would make a big difference. Another small downside was the shower — it only had a plastic curtain that doesn’t cover well, so you have to be careful not to let water spill out. A proper glass door would be a great improvement. Aside from those details, everything else was perfect. Quiet, secure, and very pleasant stay overall.

Very nice place, bigger than what the pictures show. The pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so I’d say don’t use that to sleep. You might get another actual bed instead. Other than that, the place was very nice and in a good area.

(Translated by Google) Wow, what a beautiful 3-room apartment on the 10th floor! It has a lovely balcony and is fully equipped with towels, all cleaning supplies, soap, shampoo, and body lotion. There's a dishwasher with tablets, a washing machine with dryer and tablets, and as a bonus, on the 7th floor, a swimming pool, sauna, gym, spa, communal area, and BBQs. It's also very centrally located near the harbor and Little Italy. There were also delicious Italian cookies, even special gluten-free ones. We will definitely be back. What luxury, and it's also super clean.

Really good

Beautiful place to stay in San Diego

Todo nuevo, espacioso, agradable, baño y cocina muy bien equipados. Mi opción siempre que voy a SD

Beautiful property and excellent experience overall. Host was responsive to any questions I had. Only complaint is that my unit did not have a workspace / dining table as advertised (only a coffee table), which was inconvenient for working remotely. Still five stars for the overall value.

Would recommend! Love staying at Kasa properties. Likes: The location was great. Very close to a lot of restaurants, bars, and downtown nightlife. The rooftop pool and exercise area was really amazing. Dislikes: The room orientation was a little weird with the bedroom at the front door and the living room all the way at the end. Other than that everything was quite nice!

Large studio in a great location Likes: Large, comfortable studio apartment located within easy walking distance of the harbor. We even walked to Balboa Park. The amenities were nice. Dislikes: There was a steady humming noise from the building ventilation. The TV was subscription only, which was not disclosed in the booking information.

Check-in was smooth! If you arrive early, there are lockers to store your belongings until your room is ready. The pool and hot tub are amazing! It’s close to many bars, the airport, and water front! Will 100% stay here again in the future.

I didn't want to tell anyone about this place because it's so great and didn't want the price to go up....but the location was perfect, place was huge and had everything we needed.

This was my first time in California, and we decided to book this Kasa Apartment for four nights — and wow, everything was absolutely perfect! Every single detail in this apartment is so well thought out. The kitchen is better equipped than my own at home — it literally has everything you could possibly need. I love when a host pays attention to the little things, and this place truly does: beautiful toiletries with an amazing scent, spotless cleanliness, and a brand-new feel — as if it had just been finished a few days ago and no one had stayed before us. There were coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, and pepper — those small essentials that make your stay so much more comfortable. Even laundry and dishwasher pods were provided! The bed linens were perfectly clean and smelled wonderful. The only small thing — the sofa bed was a bit too firm for our daughter to sleep on comfortably. I’d recommend replacing it with something softer. Other than that, everything was 100 out of 100! You guys are amazing — thoughtful, professional, and truly care about your guests. If I ever come back to San Diego, I will definitely stay with you again. Highly, highly recommend! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Edward, the front desk attendant, was really nice and helpful. The hotel was great.

Amazing view and close to great restaurants around. Extremely clean and comfortable.

We love staying here. It’s clean, comfortable and stress free.

My Kasa stay was impressive. Everything was as advertised. Amenities like the pool area. jacuzzi and gym surpass what the pictures tell. One aspect that may throw people off is utilizing the key fob in the the elevators. The labeling that distinctly marked to let one understand that to scan the fob. Me and many other guests humorously bonded over where to actually place it,. another confusing aspect is the physical guest parking entrance. Although the check-in instructions try their best. It all blurred together when you’re driving there as a guest figuring it out in real time. But I have to end my saying this is very professionally ran operation, beautiful aesthetics, and the team do the best they can to help you with issues.
