Great place to say and would stay again here or another city

Great spot. Walking distance from basically everything.

Perfect place to stay in San Diego Likes: Kasa Little Italy is the perfect place to enjoy time in San Diego. It has everything you need and the facilities are modern, clean and well looked after - we enjoyed the workspaces and pool especially. Staff were super friendly and polite. Easy to walk to most places in the city and it felt very safe and clean around the property. We can't wait to return next year! Dislikes: The only problem is when leaving luggage after check out it's difficult to get back in after your code has expired. I had to message concierge and wait to gain access.

Best decision to stay here. Likes: Clean and had everything I needed. Beautifully appointed and comfortable. Dislikes: There wasn’t anything I disliked.

I've booked with Kasa before and will book with them again. Hosts are professional, courteous & responsive. This little Italy location is fantastic- I often end up extending my stay. Highly recommended.

This was a great choice for our business trip. Allowed for easy access to public transportation to get to the Convention Center very quickly and very inexpensively. This apartment was top notch and allowed for us to each have our own space and avoid the expense of booking 2 hotel rooms. The building overall was very nice, quiet and had unbeatable views. Would absolutely recommend for business or pleasure.

Beautiful apartment equipped with dishes, pans, cups etc. the basics needed. Also provided oil and salt & pepper for cooking. There are a few laundry detergent pods to use also. The unit was very clean. We enjoyed our stay!

We stayed 2 nights at this studio apartment. It is beautifully located close to little Italy very central. The apartment was very clean and well equipped.

The location of the accommodations is ideal. Right next to little italy! The room is wonderful, it’s spacious, clean and has a nice kitchen.

This is my 5th time staying with Kasa, first time booking through Airbnb which seemed to be kinda cheaper. Overall Kasa never ceases to amaze. Perfect Balance of a hotel and an Airbnb for some. For me this a home away from home with so many amenities. Like a resort minus the high fees. Highly recommend.

great place business like atmosphere modern feel

Amazing VACA at KASA! We love Kasa and will definitely come back.It was the best location with the best amenitites! The gym was outstanding, loved the sauna, shower and massage chair. The game room was fun! The pool, hot tub, grills and fire pits were lovely and relaxing. There are many wonderful places to visit and work in peace. Next time we are bringing our dog so she can use the pet spa and outdoor spaces too.

Fantastic amenities in a contemporary and modern apartment complex. The pool and gym were fantastic.

This is definitely a good fine and it is a lot of fun to be in the heart of San Diego in a condo being able to get to where you need to get to within about 10 minutes walking distance from anywhere the check-in process was not the best, but it was not what made everything terrible they still did everything they could to accommodate me and finally got me the instructions that we needed. Luckily, the host was there. I forget his name, but he was amazing. He might’ve been Gregory, but I could be wrong. I don’t wanna say the wrong name. He was very, very attentive and very helpful and always checked with us when he saw us if we were doing well I would highly recommend this location to anyone that is looking for a great spot in downtown San Diego.

Highly recommend! I was there on a girls trip and we just loved our stay at Kasa!

The staff was very attentive. Edward was awesome. Our room had a beautiful view of the bay on one side and the city on the other. Everything was clean and in working order. There was a nightstand table that had a wobbly leg, and they fixed it immediately. The location is center to everything. You can walk to the Gas Lamp, Seaport village, Embarcadero, Midway museum. Just leave the hotel go down two blocks to India street and walk through the heart of Little Italy. Lots of food options near the hotel. Probably still need a car to get further out to Coronado Beach, La Jolla, Sunset Cliffs, Torey Pines, and Old Town.

Stayed for 5 nights with wife and toddler. Had a great stay. Rooms are clean and the building is very niceand secure. Will absolutely stay there again on future trips. Much better than a hotel as you get the space and a proper kitchen. Also very good amenities with pool and hot tub. Location was also great as short Uber to the zoo and other local attractions. Walking distance to many good restaurants etc.

Room - larger than typical hotels. Plus you get a full kitchen, full laundry in the room and a gym/pool/ common area that is second to none. Less $ than full service hotel. It’s all virtual with some on site people part of the day. Housekeeping is on request. Perfect for short or long stays. Right in little Italy. Waking distance for anything you need. Nested inside the Lindley - which had very nice personnel.

The amenities are world-class!

I regret to say that our recent experience was quite disappointing. Initially, the automated noise sensor was activated despite the music being at a reasonable level, which led to an uncomfortable situation where I had to ask my guests to leave, causing frustration for everyone involved. Additionally, we encountered a few issues during our stay, including a frame falling on my husband, having only one roll of toilet paper for two nights, and no extra blankets, leaving my guests cold. Furthermore, the "sofa bed" was VERY uncomfortable, resulting in back pain for one of my guest the following day, the other guest went home early and I had to refund one of my guest due to uncomfortably. if you're planning to bring more than 2 people, have a little bit of music while you get ready, plan to laugh and have a good time, I wouldn't recommend this. Kasa was attentive but did not resolve my concerns.

Our stay was lovely, clean and convenient! Felt right at home & really enjoyed the amenities.

The consumer interface and communication was horrible. When booking the hotel it states self-parking is available. Only after you book the room do you get an email that links to forms you must fill it to check in, and that is where it is disclosed the self parking is $50 per day. In addition we didn’t receive the forms to check in until we were actually on the plane flying to San Diego. By pure luck i happened to check my email to find out that i had to fill out an extensive set of questions, including uploading my photo and driver license, all of which had to be done at least 30 minutes prior to arrival or we could not have checked in. My family flew 2500 miles to San Diego and it was only luck that i could get into the unit late at night because i happened to check my email to find out that we had to file out a whole questionnaire before we could check in. Why this wasn’t disclosed as soon as the room was booked instead of a few hours before we arrived is very poor communication. It is also not disclosed that the self parking is off site. So we had to walk in downtown San Diego, with my family and luggage, late at night around a lot of homeless to get from the parking to the hotel. it felt very uncomfortable with my family. Lastly we needed to extend our stay by one day. At most hotels this would be a simple phone call to a front desk. At this hotel it was no less than 5 phone calls over 2 days requiring over 3 hours of phone time to simply extend one more day.

Clean room everything was perfect definitely staying here again on my next trip

We had such an amazing stay at Kasa Little Italy! Pros: The place was super clean and inside a luxury residential building, which was awesome because we got to use all the amenities too — the pool, jacuzzi, lounge, and even the pet spa. Everything was spotless, welcoming, and the whole building smelled fresh and new. The A/C worked great, and the staff was super friendly and helpful! We had a small issue with our bathroom lights, but they fixed it really fast while we were out, which was awesome. The apartment came fully stocked with dishes, cups, pots, pans, and even detergent for the washer and dryer. We grabbed some groceries and cooked a few meals, which made things super convenient. The bed was super comfy (seriously, so plush), and the location was perfect — close to tons of restaurants and coffee shops. If you’re into coffee, definitely check out Bird Rock Coffee nearby — their brioche breakfast sandwich was amazing! Cons: Not really a con, but parking was a little confusing at first. The parking entrance is on Ash St., and the main building entrance is on Columbia St. Once we figured it out, it was easy. Paying for parking online was simple, and after a day or two, it honestly felt like we lived there. Overall: We’d 100% stay here again and can’t wait to check out some of Kasa’s other properties. They really know how to make guests feel at home!

Modern ease close to everything We stayed here for SDSU Family Weekend and the space, cleanliness, quiet, parking, 7th Floor amenities and location were amazing. Keyless entries and virtual check in and support were easy and convenient. Would highly recommend. And wish they had Kasa in other cities!

This place exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, felt safe, great location! All the amenities were just a cherry on top. Loved it all and would definitely stay with them again.

Stayed for the nite and it was very nice but the fold out bed was horrible.

Excelente opción para alojarse en SAN Diego Downtown. En la zona de Little Italy. Departamento impecable, nuevo muy bien equipado, cocina excelente. Y a corta distancia hermosos sitios para pasear, y comer. Mi opción clara siempre que vaya a San Diego.
