We stayed in a room with 1 king bed with balcony. The view from the balcony was great, it was a corner apartment so the living room also had windows with a good view. The location is perfect and close to magnificent mile. There is a Whole foods right across that we visited a few times as well.
The apartment was nice and spacious however the cleanliness was below our expectations.The bathroom was the worst as the flush made a loud and long sound whenever we flushed, the bathtub was damaged, the floor was sticky and dirty and overall it was like a bathroom from a 2 star hotel.
The rest of the apartment was spacious and airy, however the floor had not been mopped when we moved in, it was very dusty and sticky so we had to make sure we had our slippers on all the time. The sofa cushions had some stains, indicating that they are due for cleaning. The breakfast table chairs were made of hard plastic and were uncomfortable to sit on. Overall the furniture is of cheap quality not worth the price being charged. The heater does not work in the summer, that is the because of the building rule, so better to keep the AC and the fan turned off on cooler days.
We were traveling with a 7 month old baby, so I do appreciate the fact that they did provide a pack and play with a mattress which was very useful during our stay and made our baby comfortable.
Overall I would like to return, once this apartment is renovated and their cleanliness standards have improved.
