The Kasa space was both clean, spacious, and easily accessible. It was also in a great location that was close to the Redline, several buses, various restaurants, and fitness actives (Berry's bootcamp and Ruth Page performing arts center).
The downsides: though the building has several fantastic amenities (pool, gym, etc.) kasa guests are not allowed to use them. There were also several issues with the key fobs not working (especially in the evenings), which required me waiting for the front desk attendant in the lobby a number of times for elevator access. You are also not allowed to send mail to the unit. however, there IS an amazon hub in the build.** Important note** Kasa has an extended stay policy that requires any cancellation to be done within 48 hrs of booking, or else the first 30 days of the stay become none refundable. Though they claim they make acceptions to this policy, it is not likey; as I wanted to cancel 3 months in advance and they refused to give me a full refund.
