(Translated by Google) Superb apartment, well placed, very comfortable and spacious. I recommend (Original) Superbe appartement, bien placé, très confortable et spacieux. Je recommande

This place was exactly the same as described. Very clean apartment with very accessible location. Loved staying here while traveling in Chicago

Staying at kasa was great! The house was clean and offered all the necessary comforts. The location was very central and there is a supermarket within walking distance. The house is furnished in a cozy, simple and modern way. The bed was really big and comfortable. The only thing we didn't like was that in the photos when booking they show the gym and other facilities that you can't actually use.

Likes: Very nice size studio apartment. Very clean and we'll equipped. Dislikes: Air vents need to be cleaned. A little aroma from cigarettes and smell of pot coming from neighboring apartments.

Likes: Surface Confort Emplacement Équipement Vue exceptionnelle !

Magnificent!!! Likes: situacion y comodidad. cocina súper equipada y limpia.

Apt 2004 is excellent, lots of room, nearest building from the balcony is over 100 yards away, stocking views. Highly recommended.

Very good experience. The apartment was very big, clean and had everything I needed. It was much better than small rooms that my colleagues had booked for the same price in other hotels. And I felt safe in the building as a woman traveling alone. Total recommendation!

This was my second time staying in a Kasa and both experiences were great! We specifically looked for Kasa this time when booking our weekend trip to Chicago. Checking in and out was a breeze. When my flight out was canceled and my travel partner needed to check in first without me, I was able to quickly connect with someone at Kasa and make sure the process worked smoothly. The location was just a block away from the Red Line and across from a Whole Foods, so we grabbed some snacks to keep in the full kitchen, which also had everything we needed to cook and serve a meal and had a good selection of coffees and teas available. It also had a washer and dryer and supplies needed to do laundry. The view and balcony were great, but it is near a church that has loud bells every hour. The noise level was what you would expect for a large city, but a sound machine was provided in the room. It was quiet enough for us to sleep without the sound machine at night. The location and amenities rival any high-end hotel, especially for the amount of space we had for the price. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We felt very safe inside our Kasa and in the surrounding area. I will seek out a Kasa again next time I travel.

Nice apartment, clean. A bit tricky to check into, but the communication was very good. Likes: No breakfast Dislikes: Parking is expensive, $50/day

Nice rooms and a good area. But the many inconveniences will ensure I never come back again. However, Kasa's computer system and customer support leave much to be desired. The following occurred to me during my two night stay: - The room didn't have wifi available and customer support was supposed to try to resolve the problem and I didnt hear anythign after my initial call. - My room number code changed randomly the second day which resulted in 20 min delay of me sitting outside my room before anything was fixed. - Check in process was not easy despite the on-site Kasa rep - Was given early check-in and when I tried to check-in they said it wasnt available. When I returned to normal check-in time at 4pm I had to wait another 45 min waiting for my door code to be authorized. Also at 4pm I received a text saying my early check in at 12pm was available!

We stayed in beautiful Chicago in the River North area. Our Kasa rental was in a beautiful high rise in the heart of River North. The apartment was spacious and had plenty of amenities. The check in and communication process was easy and seamless. The views were beautiful as well!

Brilliant location and facilities, close to the subway and buses or easy travelling. Likes: The whole experience o staying in the well positioned apartment was great. The facilities were excellent, although the cooker took a bit of working out initially. Dislikes: Nothing. We had a cracked glass wine glass on arrival, but they had temporally run out. We managed with the other three!!!!!

This was our first to Chicago and we were so pleased we choose KASA. The room was fabulous, the service was brilliant, from the details of how to book in to the storage of our bags before leaving. I would recommend this organisation and the quality of our accomodation.

This place checks all the boxes; would definitely recommend this option over staying in a hotel Likes: perfect location. Walking distance to just about anything. The property also neighbors a dog daycare/dog walking service on the first floor of the building which is super convenient for anyone booking an extended stay, and is bringing their pup:) The company was super accommodating, as I came in for a last-minute work trip. There was a Kasa staff member on site when I arrived who was able to give me a quick run down of the building and even helped with my luggage. I would absolutely stay at this property again, and likely will in the near future:) Dislikes: I honestly can’t think of anything that needed improvement. The whole process was very seamless.

Likes: Todo excelente. High level!!! Lo recomendaremos;!! Dislikes: Retirarme😂

wonderful stay in Chicago Likes: centrally located, close to subway station and restaurant. very spacious and clean nice view good price Dislikes: Swimming Pool is not available for guests

(Translated by Google) Premium, there's nothing else to say. Extremely comfortable rooms, exceptional location, quick and essential services. We booked an apartment with a kitchen and laundry room, and it was incredibly convenient. We'll definitely be back. Torneremo senz'altro

The place was amazing

Mi Kasa su Kasa Check in /parking was easy and painless. Prepaying for parking was the better option. The 1 bedroom we had was decorated very nicely and kitchen had everything you would need for the stay. I don’t have one bad thing to say about our stay. I would definitely use Kasa again.
