Great location! Loved the balcony! Walking distance to great shopping, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The apartment is decorated nicely and has everything you might need. I highly recommend this apartment!!!!

First trip to Chicago for business could not have been better. Location was perfect and the room was exactly what I needed. I was close to everything I needed and got a few sites in as well. Check in was easy and the room was so clean. Would highly recommend.

I stayed here for 3 months for work. I have to say everything is GREAT. The location is very close to everything. Walking distance for sightseeing or just a relaxing walk by the lakeshore. Also, the apartment is clean, spacious, and the building in a pretty quiet neighborhood . Kasa prepared all living essentials and it’s more than enough for someone who stays a short period of time. And the price is so FRIENDLY compared with other properties! The only issue is that the elevators sometimes take FOREVER to come, but it’s the building’s issue, not specifically theirs. All in all, I really enjoyed staying with Kasa. It was a lovely 3 month time and it made my Chicago trip more pleasant.

We found the accommodations clean and functional. We had no problems with accessibility. The location was great with a lot of good restaurants in the area

Fun place to stay. Nearby to everything. We enjoyed the balcony on the 19th floor. Having a kitchen was the best, ended up cooking a huge steak dinner after shopping at Whole Foods. We did use spot hero for parking and had in out privileges with the parking lot on the ground floor across the street. We can’t wait to come back.

I liked the open space, kitchen and small balcony and washer and dryer. I did not like the plastic furniture. For example, a screw and bolt fell out of a chair when moved. The walls had scuff marks.

Great place to stay. Very secure entry and wonderful location. Nice nightime view of all the downtown high rise biildings.. we didn't use the pool but it looked great. Well equipped apartment with a fabulous comfortable King bed. Will definitely stay again.

The accommodations were very nice. Had a 1-BR with a full kitchen, living room and balcony. Clean. Convenient. Customer and user-friendly. No private parking, but public parking (including on the street) is available. Only (small) negative was no BR television. Only in the LR. It’s a 53-floor building, so the elevators were a challenge at times.

The bathtub didn’t drain well and the heater didn’t blow heat just cold air…outside of those two issues everything was good

Kasa Chicago River North has spectacular views inside and out.

The room was great, very clean. Location is perfect too. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils and oil. However- reason for not giving 5 stars is that they did not agree to store our luggage just for a few hours when we checked out. My flight was at 7pm and was I expected to bring my huge luggage around for 8 hours? Also, I asked for alternative options but front desk was unhelpful. In the end I found a neighbouring hotel which would store our luggage at a fee under Bounce. I felt that this was a basic service as not everyone arrives before check in timing or leaves before check out timing. I would have booked a hotel instead had I known.

I enjoyed my stay at KASA. The apartment was comfortable, clean, and well furnished. Extras like laundry detergent, dish detergent, lots of coffee and tea supplies were really nice. Check in was easy. Front desk staff were helpful. Thank you to Tricia for the very warm welcome.

Kasa Chicago We loved our stay at Kasa Chicago on superior Street. It was very clean and had a great location. It had all the amenities we could ever ask for. Great experience I had a recommend it.

We loved our unit, it had plenty of room and the location was great. Perfect for our family of 5. Very clean, easy access, full kitchen, we couldn't have been happier!

The property was well maintained and in a very good location. Towels were sparse and sheets were too synthetic for our liking. Unfortunately, the Kasa concierge was not helpful. They were there at checkin only but unavailable or absent from then on. The checkin process had too many steps. I understand security, but this was over the top; too much. Nevertheless, the location worked out perfectly.

No luggage storage. Have to lug bags 4-5 blocks to storage facility. Don’t like the Automated desk front desk idea. Computer interaction No substitute for a real person. Won’t make this mistake again

This well equipped apartment was in a fantastic location. The bed was large and comfortable (but did have a small oily stain on one of the outer bed sheets). We had an issue with the toilet but the staff sorted it quickly after contacting them. The bedroom would benefit from blackout blinds/curtains as the current blinds are pretty poor. There was a good shower and the AC was great. We would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

You can't beat the view! The building is centrally located to everything with Whole Foods and Starbucks and the red line just around the corner. Check-in was easy with the front desk available all day, communication was stellar, the bed was super comfy, and the kitchen was nicely appointed. The building is pet-friendly and has a dog daycare on the street level. The only thing I would improve is the furniture which felt super cheap and to add some touches for coziness and relaxation like throw blankets, etc. to help relax after a long day! Thanks for a great stay.

Loved the location since everything was walking distance and accessible. The Kasa itself was spectacular as it had a great view, balcony, and all the supplies needed (toiletries, kitchen appliances, laundry). Checking in and out was a seamless experience and felt very safe & secured staying at this Kasa location.

Much more than I had expected! The customer service support either phone, text or email was outstanding. Any question I may have had was quickly and easily answered. Everything you would need was pretty much there, it was like being at home.

We had a great stay at Kasa River North. My mom was visiting from California and appreciated the downtown location and cool decor that her Kasa provided. The apartment was clean and inviting, with a nice balcony area to enjoy the great weather.

Very nice apartment in a great, walkable location in the heart of Chicago. The kitchen was beautiful and so was the view. It is extremely convenient to have laundry in unit as well as a living room when you need a little more space. The building is very nice and the front desk staff was incredibly helpful. There is even a Whole foods on the main level which is a great perk.

My boyfriend and I stayed at Kasa this past week and I will say that the room was beautiful and had everything we needed, but the check-in process needs work. When I was sent the check-in instructions a couple days before our stay I made sure to read through them very carefully. There was an option for us to request early check-in and gave us options of time to choose from for the request. It did inform us that it may not be granted, but we thought we would at least request it since check-in was not until 4 p.m. and our train arrived at 11:30 a.m. It was never granted and when we got to Kasa after the train station the front desk said I would need to call the Kasa number. When I called they said they do not offer early check-in at the Chicago property. Then why give the option on the check-in instructions? They will not store your luggage for you. You have to go through a third-party which is unfortunate. You have to pay for this service. We did do a third-party luggage storage, returned to the property at 3:30 waited for my code and never got it. It took the manager of the property to literally help up get out code. They told me to text the number that I was receiving the information from to tell them I never received my code. It is now 6 days later and we are already home and I have yet to get that code. Other than the check-in process, the property is beautiful and within great walking distance to Magnificent Mile, but it was a stressful first day with the check-in process being the way it was.
