As a business traveler I would suggest another option, if you are a college kid looking for a cheap rental this might be a good option. For business travelers there are easier and better kept options for a few bucks more. Interior was disgusting. Bedsheets were stained. Popcorn ceilings likely have asbestos. Walls were grimy and filthy. Kitchen utensils were shredded and dropping plastic shards all over the food. Amenities (pool, rooftop and gym) were advertised prior to booking, and then after booking amenities were clarified as not available. Security check-in is egregious--additional $250 security deposit, upload drivers license, facial recognition scan, and other steps never disclosed at time of booking (so afterwards its too late to take an easier alternative). Oh and they warn you on every single communication that there are no parties and no smoking in the apartment, which suggests the idea that they usually rent to college age partiers. I would suggest doing a hotel or other option next time if you are a business traveler.
