Kasa apartments are great, spacious and with great amenities. The registration process is quite extensive, with many steps and documentation required. I suppose this partly because of COVID precautions and partly because the building houses hundreds of full-time tenants who don't want their territory disturbed by occasional guests. There were two minor inconveniences. Our key code did not function; a return the lobby to solve the problem was necessary because the greeter did not respond by phone right away. However, it was quickly solved. Two cleanliness issues, however, were disappointing. There were dirty dishes left by a previous guest in the dishwasher; seems they should have been noticed by cleaning staff. I reported; no response. There are two patio chairs, which is lovely, but they had not been recently wiped and, therefore, were covered with dust and dirt. Kasa management sends many, many, many emails and texts reminding guests of the rules. :).
