This was the perfect place for me to stay for a month. I had just accepted a job back in Chicago and needed a short-term place while I figured out where I wanted to move long term. The view was spectacular, and the apartment itself was very spacious with beautiful furniture and a great overall vibe. Even when I noticed the furnace fan making a squeaky noise in the middle of the night, they sent someone that morning and it was fixed quickly. Anytime I needed anything, the staff was kind, responsive, and always greeted me warmly as I came and went. The location is also incredibly convenient. There are four grocery stores nearby, including one in the building, and parking is attached to the building as well. I was even able to find street parking in front when bringing in bags or other items. It’s close to the Magnificent Mile and right by the Chicago stop on the Red Line. My cat was able to come and he enjoyed the views and ledges near the windows as well as the comfortable pillows provided. I had a wonderful experience staying here. It was the perfect place to be in the heart of the city while I figured out my long-term housing, and I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

I’d say this apartment helped us vacation like a local for sure… although we knew the city very well, we were tired of paying so much money for luxury hotels and then being stuck not wanting to be in our rooms so we are glad we found Kasa…. Location couldn’t have been better- it was spectacular having Whole Foods right out the door and having full kitchen amenities rocked- no better walkability and access to city life-- I want to say the furnishings and supplies were very minimal so I would not expect a luxury type of stay comfort wise but I think things were clean and fair for the value that we paid. The management company sent helpful texts to facilitate our stay throughout- overall a positive experience and although i would bring more personal comfort things next time we stay longer, for a couple of nights this was a great fit.

I had a great time at the Kasa property, it was super useful as an apartment for my 1.5 week stay. There was a great view and the balcony was genuinely a game changer, allowing you to get some air whilst admiring the cityscape. I recently got into drawing and personally it was amazing skyline to appreciate. Plus the Kasa team were very clear about check-in / Check/out details, and perfectly attentive with any question I had. Highly recommend. Thanks Dom

Comfortable stay with everything at the unit

Kitchen was absolute perfect and with whole foods market just around the corner it was so wonderful, walking distance to many of Chicago’s wonderful iconic zoos , landmarks,Navy pier, the cloud , river walks just wonderful, the room was very welcoming and beautifully presented checking in was quite difficult

Very secure and safe place for two college students on spring break wanting to visit the city. location was perfect walking distance to everything and a short uber to others. Host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. the view was beautiful. would definitely recommend and rebook.

The Kasa team was always very responsive and friendly. They were always willing to help. It was a long stay for me and lots of medical appointments at Shirley Ryan’s and I didn’t have to worry about things at the apartment. The Aldi’s store was very convenient as well. I will book again.

This place was perfect for our weekend getaway. The location truly couldn’t be better — we were within walking distance of so many great restaurants, shops, and attractions. It made exploring the city so easy and fun. The apartment itself was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described.

I had several issues with the cleanliness upon checkin and the plumbing during my stay. Kasa was responsive early on, but then difficult to reach with the plumbing issue. When I finally did reach them and request a new room, they asked me to pack my things and prepare to move, only to send me to another room that had not been cleaned from the previous tenant. Location and check in were easy enough but this stay was, on balance, uncomfortable and inconvenient.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Kasa! The place was everything we needed and the host was extremely responsive and accommodating!

The room was so quiet! That was the most important thing me. I got a great night sleep every night! It was also very spacious, clean and fairly new and upgraded inside. The location was amazing. I loved having the washer and dryer.

Everything lived up to expectations.

Lovely place

Our stay Chicago was magnificent, largely in part of our experience here! Beautiful views from the 16th floors, plenty of space in the room and an easy check in/check out process. We will be staying here again, FOR SURE! Only thing we found somewhat annoying was the bathroom sink being clogged but it did not cause any major inconvenience.

Would definitely be back had a great experience overall it’s in the perfect location very walkable and a safe area. The only small downside is the vents in the system seem to push through the other units. This is in a high-rise… So for example, if someone is cooking a delicious meal or getting high in another unit, you can definitely have a slight smell through the vents. It did not overall impede my stay, but it was something I noticed I know stuff like this can’t necessarily be controlled. Given the nature of the high-rise building I was able to open the patio window and help airflow, so overall not a big issue for me.
