10/10 Exceptional
The apartment is in an excellent location, right in the city center, making it very convenient to go anywhere. The room is very clean, fully equipped, with complete kitchenware and a nice view. The best part is that there is a washing machine and a dryer in the room, which is very convenient for doing laundry. The staff of kasa provided excellent service. When the light bulb in the room broke, someone came to repair it immediately. If you have any questions, ask them and they will reply immediately. I will stay here again next time I come to Chicago.
