Reviews of Kasa Magnificent Mile ChicagoReviews of Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

Stunning views, seamless check-in, perfectly located, and less expensive than every other hotel in the area! Definitely recommend staying here!!

Only Place To Stay Kasa immediately addressed all issues (no clothes hangers & broken hair dryer). The view was amazing and the location made it say to walk everywhere. I will be back!

Great location and clean updated apartment. This apartment is managed by a short term management company that has multiple floors in the building and operates a front desk in the lobby. Parking is easy but $51 per day if you go through the attached garage.

I really enjoyed staying at this place. The supplies in the room were sufficient, i didn't need to request a refill. I loved the view from my apartment, the fact that wholefoods was just opposit, the security, the location, everything. The check in and out instructions were easy to follow. I will definitely stay here again

Great location, very walkable to different parts of the city and a fantastic view!

Everything is same as website said, good location, has much better value than a general hotel, I will go again! If the bed is king size, will be a plus

Be aware that this is more like an apartment rental instead of a hotel. so they don’t clean rooms every day and they don’t have 24-hour front desk to handle issues. The property is a bit older than the pictures. They did a nice job of decorations but it’s obvious that they only did the minimum renovations. The bathroom door handle is very flimsy and low quality. The floor board of the bathroom cabinet came off and it’s clearly was off originally. It gives away that they don’t do a good job at their properties. And the hair dryer wasn’t working. I followed the instructions to text their support number since their front desk only presents 11am-7pm. They responded but felt like i was talking to a bot. Eventually I had to go to the front desk at 11am to had them send another hair dryer to my room. so be prepared that some issues take time to address. Overall the room is spacious. It’s nice to have a full sized fridge, kitchen and a sofa. Location is great and very safe. We walked to coffee shops and the river every day. If they take a better care of the property and have 24-hour front desk, I would definitely come back.

Early check in, at a marginal fee, was nice for those arriving early

It was nice

Great location!!

nice room

AC was not working

Property was as described. Location was walkable to so many things.

We plan to come back!!! Thank you again for everything!!!

Enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here, clean and bright and great location.

My friend and I loved this Airbnb. Great view from the balcony, felt like home. Majority of the time we walked in the city, we only used Uber for anything over 30-40 mins walking distance. The check-in is very precise, we arrived early and couldn’t check-in until 4pm, so I do recommend the option on their app for early check-in.. I wish I could’ve done it. Other than that, we had a good stay at Kasa and we’ll back for sure.

Location is great! The check in and out is was very seamless and we enjoyed the space. The only drawback was the bed was very firm.

Felt safe and comfortable. Balcony a real bonus too. Likes: This is a fab option if you are spending more than a few days in Chicago. Great location, check in super easy, everyone friendly, very clear instructions and very clean space. Generous with the coffee and dishwasher pods too which some apartments are not. Would certainly stay again and have recommended to friends. Dislikes: Some very minor things like only one cushion on outside chair but really nothing at all.

The property was clean and the surrounding area is nice

Beautiful apartment in an extremely walkable and central area. Very convenient and comfortable place to stay

Very great place to stay!

Volveria a quedarme alli.

Location was very cleaned, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It was centrally located near shopping, restaurants and parks.

A equipe do Kasa responde com eficiência quando há alguma necessidade de reparo, troca de equipamentos, etc. O ambiente é agradável e funcionários são corteses.

I'd stay again 👍 The location was perfect, just 2 mins from the red line. It was nice having a balcony and the comforts of home, away from home.

We enjoyed the room layout and view. It was nice to have a kitchenette that was prepared w/ dish soap, salt/pepper and olive oil as well as a sponge, paper towels and enough pots/pans. Being so close to the red line is a plus too.

Great idea! Just like having your own apartment complete with coffee, laundry supplies ,etc. I’d definitely do this again.

Great location but poorly equipped kitchen Great location at the heart of River North Chicago! However, the kitchen was not adequately equipped for a 2 week stay. We did not have enough dishes for the day (4 plates, 4 knives/forks, 2 bowls, etc..) and the pots and pans were very low quality. On a good note, the bed was very comfortable!

Easy and convenient stay. Have stayed here multiple times

The apartment complex was really great! Very safe, private, and in a great location. The unit itself was also great, furnished well as an airbnb, the only complaint was the mattress was EXTREMELY hard. I would just want to know that if I was looking to rent this place moving forward. But the check in system was amazing, the communication was great, and the rest of the apartment was furnished nicely.

We loved the walkability to Whole Foods and surrounding areas. We used Ubers when we needed to get to locations a bit further away. We felt like locals and loved being on the 20th floor. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Second time at Kasa property. Easy clean and convenient! Right in the heart of Chicago s magnificent mile. Will be back next year !

Kasa is my home away from home whenever I travel. Love Kasa’s use of technology, the sense of safety and security, and the outstanding property - a lovely condo in the sky, tastefully furnished, along with all the necessary items to make it feel like my own home. Great value and location.

Great location, very walkable to lots of attractions and restaurants.

Second time staying at Kasa and it was just as great as the first time. The apartments have what you need, are clean, great location and customer service is always on point.

Love this place snd extended my stay

Great place, awesome location, clean comfortable space. Easy check in and out. It was an all around great stay.

Great corner apartment with an amazing view. This is very close to the main attractions. I would have given 5 stars rating but for the poor noise insulation, particularly from the neighboring apartments. The balcony has a huge gap in the railing so not ideal for small kids.
