The staff were nice and helpful, but my stay was not good because the room was too cold. When I arrived, the air conditioner was already on and the room felt freezing. I tried to change the temperature, but it didn’t work. I had to turn it off, but the room still stayed at 19°C the whole time.
I had to sleep in this cold room for three nights. The only help I got was an extra blanket. They said they would bring a small heater the next day, but it never came. Even the staff at the front desk were using heaters, so it was clearly too cold for everyone.
The room was big and looked nice, but I couldn’t enjoy it because I was always cold. This trip was supposed to be fun and relaxing, but the room made me feel very uncomfortable.
I paid a high price for this room, but what I got was not worth it. I feel disappointed and not happy with my stay at all. I hope the hotel will fix this for future guests.
