10/10 Exceptional
We had a great stay in Chicago and at Kasa One Superior! We felt safe the entire time, parking was easy, everything was very close and within walking distance. Great restaurants and fun spots close by. Elevator area to the parking garage smells a little like dog pee, but they allow dogs there and the potty area is on the 6th floor of the garage, so its understandable why it happens, but the building could do a little better to clean that, but I am not sure that is a Kasa thing. Couch isnt much to sit on, comfort wise, but we sat on the balcony the times we were in the room anyways! Which was great! Views were amazing! Overall, a great spot and a fair value/price for what you get and the time you spend in there! Thanks for letting us stay!
