Danke

This is my second year staying with Kasa in the exact location and building. I felt right at home: clean apartment, comfortable bed, great temperature, and an excellent, responsive staff. You even have the chance to use the gym inside the building, which is a great plus! This is a wonderful place to stay if you are visiting Chicago; close to everything, even if you visit during the cold season, you are going to be right at home; indoor train station nearby, Wholefoods and Trader Joe's, coffee shops, you name it! 10 out of 10! My number one in Chicago! Thank you!

Loved how convenient the location was to all of Chicago. Right next to the red line that could take you north into the suburbs where hidden gems are located or go shopping near the Michigan avenue where all the top brands are located. Walkable in all directions and good eats at every corner. The only critique I have is for those that wake up easy, the echos from loud sports cars could be heard through the room so not as soundproof

Stayed 4 nights in April and have zero bad things to say about the property. Very nice very large quiet apartment will all the amenities. Balcony overlooking the city from the 20th floor, easy walking distance to restaurants and the subway, plus Whole Foods is right across the street. Will definitely be staying there next time I’m in Chicago. Very highly recommended.

Great location right in the heart of Chicago! The deck has awesome views—perfect for relaxing or taking in the city vibe. The main door was a bit finicky, but nothing that really took away from the experience. Overall, a great place to stay if you want to be close to everything.

Great Stay Likes: The pictures of the place were accurate, so I knew what to expect. The location was great. The check-in instructions were clear and concise, and the staff were amazingly accommodating. Dislikes: The thermostat needed some tweaking to get the temperature right. Some liquid laundry detergent and dryer sheets would've been nice as well. Also the master bedroom was a little dark, so more lighting could've been helpful.

Perfect! We wanted a central, clean, functional apartment with a full kitchen, and that’s what we got! It was in the perfect location: 1/2 block to Whole Foods, 3 blocks to Michigan Avenue, 8 blocks to the river, and 1 block to the train station. There were tons of great restaurants around, but the full kitchen was perfect for cooking as well. Building had parking if we needed it, a great fitness center, and a library that we enjoyed working in. Wi-fi was strong and there was minimal noise between units. Patio was nice and helpful to be able to let fresh air in. Queen Bed was comfortable and both bathroom and closet were spacious. Kasa was very responsive when needed. We would certainly stay here again and would recommend them to others for a longer term stay in downtown Chicago.

I loved staying in an efficiency in the River North neighborhood during a recent solo trip to Chicago. The apartment was well-furnished (extra points for the electric tea kettle!) and clean, and it was nice to have room to spread out a bit without breaking the bank. There was a red line stop just a block away, as well as a large Whole Foods for essentials (Trader Joe's and Eataly were a couple of blocks further). I just wish that it had been warm enough to spend some time on the balcony.

Nice place and amenities but there was a loud banging noise against the front door that came up regularly during the day/night, making it impossible to sleep (I was only 1 of 3 guests and only speak for myself, but I had to leave kasa early to find other lodging). There was some help line over text that responded quickly but ultimately didn’t see any issue. We were not sure either about the cause of the noise, but it was a huge problem

It was an excellent stay! Spacious apartment, easy to access with excellent clear instructions. We greatly appreciated the amenities including the very nice gym. Location was perfect, just around the block from a Whole foods where we could pick up some snacks. Overall we thought it was excellent value for the price. Saturday evening was a little noisy overnight, there were just a good number of ambulances/fire trucks in the neighborhood (but obviously no fault of the host!), but otherwise an excellent stay, would highly recommend.

The Red Line subway station is right around the corner. We highly recommend Kasa Apartments and would gladly return anytime.
