For the location and price, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone to stay at. We really enjoyed our balcony too. You can hear the street noise and noise in the hallway, but I never heard conversations from the adjoining apartments. The apartment was overall pretty clean but you can tell that people do rent these like an apartment at times. Our room had grease stains all over the walls and the walls/doors were dirty with fingerprints. Would I stay here again, yes I would.

Booked this place last minute while on visiting Chicago — it was absolutely perfect. Full kitchen/living room made us feel right at home. Very secure building and amazing location, very walkable. Nick at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Will definitely be booking more Kasa airbnbs in the future!

We had a great stay. Apartment was just as described. Easy walk to many sightseeing spots. Grocery stores and coffee shops just across the street. We rented a car for exploring further from the city and found the parking (extra cost) was easy to navigate and safe. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen appeared to be well stocked with the necessities. Pleasantly surprised that apartment was well stocked with laundry detergent, dish detergent, extra trash bags as well as shampoo conditioner and body wash. I’ve been to plenty of Airbnb that don’t give enough supplies to last my trip. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to be close to magnificent mile.

My stay at Kasa was perfect! The room was amazing - great size, all required amenities; kitchen equipment, washing machine and dryer, storage space, extra towels, duvets etc. The view from the balcony was insane, being on the 18th floor you could see across Chicago! Communication from Kasa was great and they were always on hand to answer any questions and provide advice. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely return. Highly recommend!

For the price point, albeit a beautiful convenient area, had to call maintenance upon arrival to have door lock fixed, and the refrigerator ice machine. Also the Dishwasher door latch/lock had to be checked (securely engaged ) before operating. The bathtub had 2 permanent stains: towels were gray vs white . Again, at this price point, one could find other options that such annoyances would not exist. The texting to resolve the above issues some may prefer . I found it inefficient and I would rather interact with a human being. Then again , that would defeat the purpose of what must be big private equity ownership to gouge as much profit out of what started as a way for individuals to earn a little extra income. Airbnb w/ properties like this I noted many similar ) although much nicer than a private individual ca. generally offer , might as well just be truthful and market themselves as an additional hotel site as the prices were the same as much more luxurious

Location is great. Had a great stay comparing to the prior location book by southloop target. Most importantly, the staff at this apartment is very educated in contrast to the place I’m currently staying on Michigan Ave and Polk. 1 W Superior has much better courtesy in hospitality. They are more polite like normal decent people comparing to the apartment by the hilton on Michigan Ave imo.

Solid Place if you want extra space The unit was clean and comfortable. I would have expected a TV in the bedroom. Also, as I was leaving there was a plumbing problem. I texted the service number and they immediately responded. It did not impact my stay.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this Kasa Rental and my family and I love the apartment. The location is perfect and the view from the apartment is breathtaking. It’s always very clean and they provide more than enough towels, linens and pillows. I have a 6 & 4 year old and they love all the space the apartment offers. Our location is located near his stops and the train. This is definitely our place to stay when we visit Chicago.

This apartment was perfect for a first time visit and for college tours. Likes: Safe and secure location. Excellent value. Extremely convenient to a Whole Foods and the Red line train-only 1 block away! Spacious, light-filled corner apartment with balcony has wide open city views from the 11th floor. Nespresso pods provided. Loved the Malin+Goetz bath, soap, and lotion products! Clean kitchen. The gym was great and consisted of two separate spaces--one for strength/weight training and one for yoga and cardio. Apartment looked like photos. Dislikes: The grout in the shower could use a refresh (but the lovely bathroom products made up for it). The air vent in bathroom and the vent above the kitchen looked very dusty/dirty which stood out compared to the cleanliness of the apartment. The toilet paper holder was sloppily affixed to the cabinet. A dog barking non-stop on another floor in the early evening hours for 2 out of the 4 nights.
