10/10 Exceptional
Booked in as I was staying for a week on both business and pleasure, with my partner joining me for the weekend.
The unit had every amenity you could think of from iron, to tea and coffee, hair dryer etc. Right down to a washer and dryer and dishwasher, complete with detergent tablets. On short stays you don't want to have to buy all that stuff. This made actually using the space very easy.
Location was superb, 10 minute walk down to the beautiful Mag Mile, Wholefoods across the street, lots of spots for breakfast and dinner within a stones throw. Coming from outside the US, the location felt really safe too.
The team on the desk were amazing, anything we asked for was taken care of with a big smile and genuine warmth.
It was my partners birthday while we were there and the team left a card and a few treats in the room for him. It was so thoughtful.
Chicago won our hearts and Kasa and the team were the amazing anchor point for some beautiful memories.
Thank you so much, we'll definately be back.
