Loved the check-in and check-out process. Very easy and excellent communication through texts, emails and the Kasa desk in the lobby. The security via the fobs and designated elevators was excellent. The water pressure was good in the shower, and the towels were fluffy. The view in this corner unit is phenomenal, and that was the clear highlight of the rental, along with the location as long as you don’t mind the street noise. The rental unit was adequate for our needs, but we expected more modern furnishings and a usable fold-out couch. The coils are coming through the mattress. We realize it’s been a hot summer, but the couch smelled of stale perspiration. Not fresh at all. Same with the refrigerator. Ice cube trays for the freezer would be helpful. We had to run to the store for ice. The bathroom is sad. It needs an update badly. There was a big chunk of the tub chipped off of the floor of the bathtub. The toliet was very slow in flushing.

Great place close to everything! Easy train ride from O'Hare. Easy walk to Magnificent Mile and all in between! They also have luggage storage which helps a lot. Would definitely stay here again!

Loved the stunning views, spacious rooms, great gym, and perfect location, but the kitchen was not ideally equipped for Likes: The views, the gym, the spacious rooms and the location. Dislikes: The kitchen wasn’t well equipped for cooking.

Comfortable, cozy. We just didn't know that we couldn't use the pool or the oven

The location and apartment size was great. However cleanliness and maintenance can be better. We had to wait for checking in despite a request for early check in. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and the kitchen faucette was leaking. Overall it was an ever age experience due to these factors

As a former Chicagoan, I always try to find a place to stay that recreates the feeling and experience of my old neighborhood. This was my first time staying at Kasa Magnificent Mile, and the experience exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. The location is so convenient and accessible to everything nearby. The team was incredibly friendly, responsive, and always available to help with any questions or concerns. The on-site staff was amazing as well—Nick was especially attentive, and the cleaning staff went above and beyond. What an amazing experience! I truly felt at home during my stay and will definitely choose this location again for my next visit to Chicago. Highly recommend!

This is the worst place you can stay in Chicago!!! Likes: Nothing. There was absolutely nothing I liked about this experience. Dislikes: DO NOT STAY HERE. Absolutely unacceptable experience. I booked this hotel WEEKS in advance and had a confirmed reservation. A few hours before check-in, on the day I was supposed to stay, my reservation was suddenly cancelled. I had literally arrived in Chicago and was expecting to check in. What makes this even more suspicious is that it was Lollapalooza weekend. I had originally booked the room for around $500, and immediately after cancelling my reservation, the hotel was attempting to charge approximately $1,000 for the same stay. That is DOUBLE the price I had already booked it for. The explanation I was given was that they supposedly could not charge my card. This makes absolutely no sense. It was the same card I have successfully used for hundreds of bookings and it had more than enough available funds. If there was genuinely an issue processing the payment, there should have been a reasonable opportunity to resolve it BEFORE cancelling my reservation a few hours before check-in. I contacted customer service and was bounced back and forth between the hotel and Booking.com. Booking.com told me the hotel had to resolve it. The hotel essentially directed me back to Booking.com. Nobody actually took responsibility or helped me. I was left scrambling for somewhere to stay at the last minute during one of the busiest weekends in Chicago. The entire situation felt incredibly shady. I paid for a reservation weeks in advance, showed up expecting the room I had booked, and then suddenly had my reservation cancelled at the last minute while the same room was being offered for roughly twice as much. I would never trust this property with a reservation again. Based on my experience, a confirmed reservation apparently means nothing if the hotel decides it can make more money by cancelling it and reselling the room at a higher price. DO NOT STAY HERE. Save yourself the stress, money, and risk of being left without a room at the last minute.

Nice studio condo with great views. Likes: Great location. Aldi and Whole Foods are in the same block. Lots of restaurants nearby. Studio apartment that was well furnished. Great view from balcony. Clean. Dislikes: Virtual check in was different. A lot of steps. Was like an Airbnb. Going up the elevator buttons not as expected. You select floor from panel outside the elevator. Then it tells you which elevator car to take. Stops at floor you selected.

We had the best time in Chicago. This location was absolutely perfect and the air bnb had everything we needed.

Loved staying here while in Chicago. The hotel was so nice and had so many amenities. Had a washer and dryer plus a full kitchen. The check in process was so easy and simple to follow. I had a small issue with the pre check in link but customer service was able to help within a 5 minute phone call. I loved the view from the balcony and they give you so extra towels pillows sheets and extra blanket and toilet paper what more could you ask for. Although I will say I hit my leg on the bed trying to walk between the bed and the dresser but there’s not much they could really do to change the arrangement.

From start to finish this was a perfect stay.. The apartment was in an awesome area, it was walkable to most sites that you’re gonna want to see in Chicago. There were restaurants and bars everywhere, and there is a Aldi that is attached to the building making it super convenient if you want to buy groceries. The apartment building felt safe. You had to use a key fob to get through the door that leads to the elevator . There is a place to leave your bags if you get there before check-in or need to leave your bag after. We didn’t initially have a coffee pot in our room. There is a person that man’s a desk downstairs and they brought one up to us immediately, he also gave us a personal tour of the property. There’s a really nice gym that you have access to in the building, the only disappointment was that we didn’t have access to the pool.. The beds at the apartment were also super comfortable. Just book this place, you won’t be disappointed, we were sad to leave.

This apartment was perfect for us. Parents plus a teen. We had sufficient privacy and space. The washer/ dryer was a great benefit so we could pack light. The bed was comfortable and the teenager even said the fold out was great. We were impressed by the little balcony and view and spent some time out there. But the main benefit was the location. We could walk to the L and most places we wanted to go. The nearby restaurants were great. We took a Lyft to a couple of the ballpark and concert destinations. We found it all extremely convenient, clean, safe, and surprisingly quiet for the location and building size. I never heard the people above us or the neighbors. The apartment was insulated well against normal city/ traffic/ siren noise. The provided white noise machine was more than enough to sleep well and we also benefitted from the black out blinds. We will definitely return. A wonderful stay overall.

Great area to stay to walk around chicago

This was the ideal place to stay with a kid! It had a fully-appointed kitchen, washer & dryer, dishwasher, kitchen supplies, and sufficient towels and linens. The location was amazing - 10 mins from the beach, 5 mins from Harry Potter store/magnificent mile, 15 mins from river. There were also 3 grocery stores in the area so we always had what we needed. I enjoyed the balcony and the view - it was very relaxing. Looking forward to staying there again.

No good value for money , the apartment standards did not match the cost . The property does not also advise that you have to pay a fee (deposit) at check in . I doubt if I would stay there again

Great stay, would highly recommend!

Great location for a family with two kids. The apartment,is spacious, very clean and in a very good condition. The outlook is just amazing! Grocery stores are within 5 minutes walking distance. A parking garage (used SpotHero) is within the building complex. An you can reach a lot of attractions by step or you can use the nearby Red Line to get for example to Chinatown in 25 minutes. But hanging around in the apartment was also very enjoyable.

Great Stay, Good space!

Great location. The red line was only a block away, which was very useful. There is a Whole Foods a block away, which was great. Very walkable to the Mile and easy to get to other locations using the L. It was also very clean. Not much for kitchen supplies, so plan to eat out or pick up food. Washer and dryer was a stackable, so small, but did the trick.

Perfect location for an extended stay in Chicago Likes: Das Apartment war für unsere Anforderungen perfekt. Sehr gute Lage, zwei getrennte Schlafzimmer mit je eigenem Badezimmer, ideal für uns und unsere beiden Kinder. Das Apartment hat schon einige Besucher gesehen, war aber super sauber und gepflegt. Die Ausstattung war absolut ausreichend. Die Aussicht im 16 Stock war genial. Die Garage im Gebäudekomplex ist ideal und die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit Whole Foods, Amazon Grocery und Aldi (im Gebäude) sind nah gelegen. Eine sehr gute und schöne Unterkunft für einen mehrtägigen, oder längeren Aufenthalt in Chicago. Dislikes: Kleinigkeiten: Die Küchenmesser müsste man mal schleifen (ein Schneidebrett hat gefehlt). Ein Toilettenpapierhalter und ein paar Stuhlbeine waren wackelig, aber Schrauben kann man anziehen.

Great place to stay! Cozy, clean and comfortable within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The directions and pictures made getting there, parked, and checked in much easier than we were anticipating. Would recommend and stay here again!

Place was great! Clean, spacious, amenities were well-stocked. Felt like a well-kept apartment for which we didn't have to do any of the work. The views from our room were great and everything we wanted to do was within walking distance. The directions and communication was fantastic. We were a bit anxious about having to drive in Chicago but the step by step directions and pictures made it extremely easy. The staff was welcoming and gracious and overall, it was fairly quiet. The only negative comment we had was the wifi was not great in our room and often was either slow or would drop out. To be fair, however, we never brought this up with the staff as it was not a major issue and we didn't spend much time on devices on the room. I would certainly recommend and would stay there again.

The place is perfect, cozy, and was close to every place we want to go walking. We really enjoy the stay, my family was very happy. The check in was very easy. The place has everything to do meals. It has a great view too

I don't travel a lot so I thought it was a bit pricey, but after our stay I was so comfortable with the area. Great location for the train and walking distance to great restaurants and markets if you needed it. I would recommend Kasa.
