10/10 Exceptional
Booked this 2/br 2/ba for our family of 4 for two weeks. The unit was spacious, with lots of great views and a balcony. Some accommodations were a bit spartan, no drawers of any kind in master bedroom, but lots of closet space and some shelving inside the master bath/laundry. Beds, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. Kitchen was great, dish soap, paper towels, sponge, towel and dishwasher soap were all provided. We knew to ask for a coffee maker (Keurig) and they even sent it up with some pods. Smart elevators were great, nearly every ride was an express, with minimal stops, which is helpful when you are on the 18th floor. Walkable to three grocery stores, many restaurants and sights. Building felt very secure. We were alerted that there is street noise, there is a fire station and hospital nearby so there were a lot of sirens, but one of the bedrooms had a white noise machine and both had black out curtains that worked well. Washer and dryer came in very handy too.
