I stayed with Kasa at 1 W Superior for an extended 2 week stay and would definitely go back. Friendly front desk staff and great units. Prime location & very walkable - restaurants, bars, and shopping very close by. A block away from red line station to take you to other parts of the city. Hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Kasa! David was simply amazing upon arrival and departure. The room was spacious with great views and location. Customer service was very prompt when addressing concerns. The only concerns were a slight smell and a few cleaning touch ups needed. They were resolved immediately. We would highly recommend!

Kasa is good overall. However, the cleaning lady just barged in my room without knocking and pretended to be checking the place. Not good at all. No proper MANNER. There is only one person in the lobby checking in guests as well as taking luggages for storage. It would be helpful to have a separate person designated so guests are not waiting.

The apartment style is so convenient.. everything you need is pretty much there including laundry in the apartment. Just bring food and drinks. I wish the parking price was included but only cost $100 for 2 nights. The location is perfect.. me and my 2 daughters drove to the Navy Pier first around 1pm since check in wasn’t until 4. ( We drove from RI ) we walked for 20 mins to the bean which would be a 5 minute drive. We pretty much walked to everything while there since car was already parked. While leaving we took a 5 min ride to North Beach.

Paying for the location since everything was within walking distance for the most part. We felt safe walking around and heading to bars or restaurants. The airbnb was clean minus a few things. Check in was easy and so was check out. We had an issue with our dishwasher backing up into our sink, but they were responsive right away. Maintenance came quickly and the issue was resolved. Kitchen was great to cook in to save money and had all the basics. Overall no complaints! Will definitely save this for future trips.
