Reviews of Kasa Magnificent Mile ChicagoReviews of Kasa Magnificent Mile Chicago

You’re staying here for location; you’ll be right in the middle of the city with very close access to restaurants, bars, coffee, and the Red Line. However, the unit was pretty gross for paying a standard nightly rate AND a bespoke cleaning fee. Floors and walls were disgusting and furniture had stains.

Because of Kasa's space, we can honestly say that we enjoyed Chicago more than we did New York during our last trip. The location was 2 blocks away from Michigan Avenue and yet it was quiet at night. It was near several bus stops and yet it felt very safe. It was a block away from Whole Foods and there were many restaurants to choose from in the neighborhood. The place was spotless. They assured me that they cleaned more thoroughly because I have bad allergies. And they truly did! The listing was very comfortable and spacious and the supplies were generous. Best of all, the communications and responsiveness are top notch. We heartily recommend Kasa's space to all and we hope to be back soon! ♥️

Great spot, easy to check in and out.

Excellent value, very communicative support team and great value. I would absolutely book again!

We had a great time at One Superior. Kasa was very responsive when we reached out to them. The place was very clean. The one con I had was the AC not fully functioning. It got quite hot in the room, other than that it was a great stay. Thanks!

This space was perfect for me for a week! The bedroom area feels significantly separated from the main area (which is way bigger than I expected), so it felt very well designed. The balcony easily accommodates two chairs and a table, the view is incredible, and the bed was comfortable!! The kitchen is well equipped and the refrigerator is very large. I highly recommend staying here!

Amazing

Perfect location for my week of work in Chicago. My third stay with Kasa, as great as always. I will be back. Kasa thinks of and provides everything necessary for an "at home" stay out of town, a pleasure.

The apartment is clean and well-equipped. We felt like home during our stay. The location is convenient for grocery shopping and public transportation. Check-in is easy, and the neighborhood is safe.

This is a very nice one bedroom apartment in Chicago. What really makes it great is the location. It is surrounded by excellent restaurants and is a short distance to many major attractions in Chicago.

great place in North loop. walking distance to Starbucks reserve, Giordanos and other places. would definitely stay again.

Sehr großzügiges Apartment in idealer Lage! Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Having all sorts of problems here. Advertised as having A/C, but there is no cooling in the building until May so it is hot in April, you're out of luck. Show drain is plugged. Lock doesn't work. Came home after dinner at 10:30 pm and the access code and remote lock stopped working. They also don't have anyone onsite to help you so the only thing you can do is wait forever for someone to come by and let you in. Also extremely noisy location. You can stay at nearby hotels with much less noise. Would definitely not stay here again.

Chicago's best Likes: Great place. Stayed here 3 times already. Dislikes: Nothing to complain about.

Great location and beautiful views of the city. Kitchen and bathroom were not super clean. We had someone arrive unexpectedly to do maintenance in the bathroom which it didn’t need. There was no warning or heads up this person was coming.

The best place I could’ve chosen for Chicago! The place was clean, super well equipped and just perfect for 2 of us! Would definitely stay again.

Stayed in Chicago . Super clean. Super nice view . Very close to the red line about a 7 minute walk which was great . The blinds should be replaced because it lets some sun in and the tub got a little clogged (room 1909) but other than that it was perfect . Some board games would top the living room area off perfectly . I loved it and would book again . And it was very safe !

Perfect location and very confortable apartment.

This by far was one of our best deals yet. Our room was a studio apartment that was absolutely amazing. Scenery of the Chicago sky line at night was amazing from our balcony. There was noise.. but hey thats what you get when you come to a big city. Absolutely loved it and would definently come back!!

xx

Had the pleasure of staying here for a convention in the area. Great location and many activities and Resturant nearby. Highly recommended.

Great stay, thanks!

Likes: The best location, it was on a high floor so it had a nice view, it was quiet, and the staff was very friendly. It is equipped with kitchen facilities so you can cook simple meals~😀

We had a great stay here!!! Clean studio, in great proximity to restaurants and shopping! Overall a great stay.

Awesome spot! Felt very safe, clean, and was really impressed with the space/view and its affordability. It was walkable to touristy landmarks and also to train stations that let us get to other neighborhoods easily. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat and would recommend to smaller groups visiting the city for a few days.

todo maravilloso

Completely as described…however, all 4 beds were rather hard and uncomfortable, despite asking for minor repairs to be completed (and being told they were), items still weren’t fixed albeit minor

Enjoyed my stay at Kasa, everything was within walking distance and the place was very well equipped and clean.

(Translated by Google) Ideal location for a first time in Chicago, quiet area close to all services (supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, etc.). Spacious apartment, very clean, ultra equipped (real oven, microwave, boiler, toaster, washing machine and dryer). Breathtaking view of Chicago. Courteous and helpful staff. Ten out of ten!! Ten out of ten !!

Dislikes: bathroom problems.

Amazing place to stay at! The apartment is so clean and so well equipped, I wish I had stayed more than just 2 nights. Super spacious for 2 people, hot water and heater available :) building has awesome security and is walkable to many bus stops, stations and attractions. No regrets at all! Only thing is that the switch from tap to shower is not easy to find, had to wait a while for the team to respond but i finally got it!

I really enjoyed our stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Easy access to public transportation and restaurants . It also had Roku which was cool. I also like the sound machine next to bed . And the kitchen came equipped with everything you would need . Some board games would set off the room perfectly. But I really did enjoy it 10/10 comfort . 10/10 location ! 10/10 communication !

Great location and a lovely place to stay with kids. Easy check in and check out and very responsive Kasa team. Bed was super comfortable! Great places to eat nearby. Appreciate the amenities in the unit, especially the coffee pods, cream and sugar.

We stayed 5 nights and were impressed with the spaciousness of the apartment and how well equipped it was. The location is excellent, only minutes away from Michigan Ave and the Lake. There are plenty of Eateries around as well. The check in was easy.

Great View Room was fine, but the view was killer. Lucked out on 20th floor looking at city.

El departamento se encuentra en una zona privilegiada. Alrededor hay distintos restaurantes y un gran supermercado. El apartamento es muy confortable, las camas son muy cómodas. Todo funciona perfecto y lo mas lindo son las vistas!

A tad expensive. But a smooth check in and check out process. Clean

My coworker and I decided to stay at Kasa vs. a hotel. We said multiple times it was the best decision. It was quiet, peaceful and comfortable which was perfect after long work days. We felt safe at all times. This place was walking distance to everything. Will stay again when back in Chicago.

Great apartment

Really magnificent We stayed for 5 nights and we were really impressed with the apartment. It was roomy, clean and well equipped. The location is excellent, just a short walk to Michigan Ave. There are plenty of eating places and supermarkets around. The contactless check in worked well and the area around the building was safe. The only negative was that room Nr 12 is close to the trash chute and people used that often late at night and that was a bit noisy.

The location was amazing. A quick walk away from magnificent mile, downtown/river walk, and all the surrounding areas. Can’t say enough great things about location. The apartment was decorated nicely and modern, and EXTREMELY clean. Love hardwood floors vs. carpet. Kasa was very great with communication whenever I need to connect. I did have an issue with my toilet a couple times which dampened my experience, but utilities replaced things and the next occupant shouldn’t run into issues.

Perfect Stay! The location could not have been better, the apartment was beautiful and clean and so comfortable. We will now be staying here every time we come to Chicago.

Fantástica Likes: Adorei tudo Cama confortável , cozinha ótima , silencioso e limpo Dislikes: Gostei de tudo

Great space! Just what I needed for a quick work trip. Super convenient and safe

Great spot, would stay again.

I enjoy every aspect of KASA!! Customer service was always great!!

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. Everything was excellent!

Great apartment for a city trip to Chicago Likes: The apartment was fantastic. It's conveniently located almost next to a metro stop on the red line, making it easy to get anywhere. While it's not in the Loop, you can reach it in just 10 minutes by metro. Additionally, the Magnificent Mile is only about three blocks away. There's a Whole Foods right across the street, and plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood for dinner options. Despite being centrally located, I didn't notice any noise during my stay. This could be attributed to the fact that I was on the 20th floor of the building, where street noise is minimal. The place itself was incredibly spacious and clean. Everything operated smoothly with Kasa, from getting the keys to entering the room. The apartment is well-equipped with amenities such as a kitchen, ironing facilities, laundry machine, and dishwasher, all of which functioned perfectly. Dislikes: The only minor inconvenience was the absence of a safe in the apartment. This would have been useful, especially since I spent most of the day outside and preferred not to carry my valuables with me at all times.

Fantastic location right next to the Magnificant Mile and the L Train. Most attractions very walkable
