Great location in Chicago, and the booking, check-in, and check-out process were well designed. Encountered a small flaw the human reservations guy assured us was the third time he’d seen it in seven months: the apt entry code texted to us was different than the code given to us via web-based check in, only one of them worked (the web one). That gave us some heartburn, and text response was slow. Luckily, we figured it out on our own.
Other than that, the stay was excellent, and that really only affected the first half hour of our three day stay.
