10/10 Exceptional

Easiest hotel check in/ amazing atmosphere The easiest and quickest check in ever! Location was walking distance to everything, train, shops, theatre, restaurants! Room was more spacious than I thought and it was very quiet. After a long day of exploring we were able to conveniently connect our phones amazon prime to the TV and watched a movie to end off our day. Very clean, and I will be staying here again! :) thank you kasa niche

Modern and Clean Kasa niche provides clean and comfortable modern rooms at an economical cost. Location is excellent with restaurants, a library, museums, bars all in walking distance. Even though the front desk is virtual, I found all my needs were met promptly with hospitality and a good spirit. I always appreciate a hotel where you can open the windows. I liked that so I could turn off the climate control and bring fresh air in the room every day. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

No frills place to stay at a reasonable price. Everything is kept very, very clean! Had what you need in the room, including a fridge and iron/board. Keyless entry is very nice and convenient. They have take your own towels and sheets in case you need more throughout your stay. Location is fantastic - I couldn’t believe all of the great restaurants within walking distance. Generally pleasant and would stay again. Only things I’d say for guests to be aware of are 1) the walls between rooms are thin, so you can hear alarms and calls from other rooms; 2) there is no elevator, so guests with large bags or mobility issues should request a first floor room; and 3) the rooms are built pretty cheap, so again just go in eyes wide open that this is a basic, no frills stay.

I thought the place was cute and well described. The area seems to be a popular area with lots to do and lots of late night activity. Check-in was very easy. Everything was very clean and the response time with any of my questions was excellent. I will definitely stay there again. It was also only about 20 minutes from the Shoreline amphitheater, which was great the concert

I liked to able to walk right to my room. No waiting at a counter to get checked in. Great location. Good restaurants, and coffee shops all around. I like the convenience of the property. Room was very clean just what I needed.

You can certainly walk to a number of restaurants and attractions, but if you’re looking to venture farther, we recommend grabbing a rideshare, which are always available. If you choose to drive, you can pay to park in a metered space outside the property. The Redwood City train station is also a mere 10-minute walk. The San Francisco Airport is 15 miles away from this Kasa.
