10/10 Exceptional
Will stay here over a hotel any day. In Denver it’s really hit or miss if the area you’re staying in is nice or in a not so nice part of town, I had rented at the holiday in Denver east and it was full of stories or robberies and broken windows. Something I wanted tk avoid while in Denver. This was in a strictly apartment area part of town and very close to the stadium and saw lots of locals walking around during the day. The roads near by do lead to some commercial area but I believe for it to be owned and operated by the state so it’s surprisingly not crowded with homeless people. Even near the apartment I didn’t see any homeless, and even if for some reason they walk by when no one’s looking, rest assured this place is a fortress. With secure doors and garage parking as-well, when I went inside there was not a minute of stress. Purely able to enjoy my vacation. Home away from home, is a shame you aren’t able to smoke on property at all tho. Would consider changing that, still 10/10.
