Nice clean space, loved walking the trails and seeing the Avett Brothers at Red Rocks.

You have to pay for parking to get access to your rental code to get inside unit.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check-in was easy, and the location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do. The space was well-maintained, quiet, and had everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The host was responsive and made the entire experience seamless. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Beautiful property and plenty to do.

The apartment was nice and just like the pictures. It was quiet, despite being right next to the light rail. The location has a lot of construction and not any restaurants nearby that you could easily walk to. No connections to public transport nearby. Parking was a bit confusing and I had trouble with getting the garage to open, but it was nice to have paid parking because there was no street parking available. The pool was nice and didn't get too busy until around 2 or 3pm on Saturday. Keyless entry was nice to have. The driveway into the parking lot was always extremely busy and a bit of a mess. Overall was a good stay for an apartment.

I would not stay at Kasa Rino again because the check-in is onerous and inflexible. It does not fit my computer/phone configuration and I suspect that is true for many or most senior citizens.

The location is great: convenient to downtown and all the fun neighborhoods and close to the highways. The apartment had all the listed amenities; the kitchen was decently equipped (though I’d say a few more plates wouldn’t go amiss). The pool and playground are great. A couple of things to be aware of: 1) while the instructions are clear, the communication is awkward and clearly AI at first before escalating to a human. 2) the walls are extremely thin. We could hear music, movies, and conversation from the apartment next door. 3) there was no hand soap or toilet paper in the main bathroom, and we had to go buy toilet paper since there was only half a roll in the second bath. So check this as soon as you arrive. We received the hand soap the next day (luckily, there was some in the kitchen). 4) the shades are not black-out. We were on the second floor facing the other building, and the light above the garage shone directly into the main bedroom. Being a mask.

They nickle and dime you after you arrive with parking fees, pet fees when she is a service dog. And then either slap you with a very expensive deposit or a flat rate of $33 for damage protection. Your room has noise detection devices. If it goes above a decibal they text/email you saying they will be canceling the stay (if you have multiple nights), threatening to charge $500. Who knows what the device actually hears / records or if its just decibal levels. I dont trust it either way. The bed had hair on it when we pulled the sheets back. Multiple hairs. Several. The bed is a literal brick. If you enjoy sleeping on concrete then you will enjoy the cheap brick of a bed they offer. The shower handle fell off when we went to use the shower. All the dishes and silverware were dirty. The previous guests must have washed without soap or a sponge and the house keeping never checked. DISHWASHER DOES NOT WORK. You will be cleaning your dishes by hand. The process to get inside your unit is quite difficult, especially when they forget to send you the link to get into your room and its after hours when you arrive. The entire experience with kasa is bad. We will not be staying there again. This is a prime example of the way the digital world is going.

Meh Likes: The apartment was very clean and spacious. Perfect for friends staying with you since the bedrooms were on opposing sides of the apartment next to a bathroom. The check in was not nearly as complicated as implied. And the parking garage certainly was nice. And the A/C was awesome in the 100 degree Denver heat. Dislikes: This seems silly but for the price, could you add curtains or security shades? They had a roll up cloth blind but none of us were persuaded that the unhoused sleeping outside our window or those walking dogs couldn't see inside. Not to mention the street light was shining right into those windows. Drapes would have been very helpful. The bed was incredibly firm. And the pillows were far too soft. So none of us slept well due to the light, the bed and the pillows. I figured at the price I paid, it would have been a home away from home. I think it's time for the owners to go in and stay the night so they see what their guests are experiencing.

Wonderful Couldn’t ask for better room, amenities, communication and location. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place and great location! Great gym and pool! Close to the train so it can get noisy. Kitchen could have used a few more items if you're staying in to cook. We enjoyed walking to and from the Rockies game.

Excellent Experience Check in and check out are very easy. Accommodations were very clean. Pool area was excellent. Add the parking to your stay, well worth it. Would definitely stay again.

Check in and out were the easiest I've experienced in my 10 plus years of using AirBNB. Great location, super bike and pedestrian friendly, quiet, safe, I had many restful nights, and the host was responsive. I highly recommend and will rebook when I come back to town.

Clean, modern, open, and spacious apartment. Great gym on site. Parking (paid) on site was easy, covered, and secure. Walkable to Coors Field, Denver Central Market, other restaurants, and public transportation. Sits right off the Platte River Trail, which was great for a run while traveling. Several parks with unique amenities nearby. We stayed 3 nights here. Walked to many places. Used the rental car when necessary. Great value for the $. Would recommend.

Great area and great spot for our quick trip to Denver. It was an easy walk to downtown for food and to watch baseball. I would stay here again for sure.

Overall, the apartment was very nice, well equipped, comfortable and in a good location. We did have an issue with the parking causing us to be late for reservations and spend an additional $80 in parking costs. Blackout blinds would be a great upgrade.

My stay at Kasa was great! The place looked exactly like the pictures listed and was super spacious. My friends and I were also able to get to all of our excursions/reservations in a timely manner with everything being less than 10 minutes away. Would definitely recommend to others coming to the Denver area.

Had a great stay!

The location was great and the facility was in super clean condition. The size was also exactly what we were looking for. The only challenge was that we arrived late and it was a bit unclear how to manage the parking. Because we didn't have the rental license plate until nearly 10:45pm we couldn't reserve parking in advance. By the time we got there nobody was responding to the chat... Luckily I found street parking right down the street... there is a nearby park less than a block away with lots of street parking for free. I totally understand that the facilities person probably went to sleep but I just wish they had clearly communicated what to do before they clocked out for the night so we didn't have to guess.

Clean spacious two-bedroom apartment with private bathrooms and walk in closets. Island kitchen with new appliances, cookware, and utensils. Staff was in immediate communication with via phone and text. Home away from home. A great value for a place in the prominent city. Close to attractions: Meow Wolf, Elitch Garden, Denver Aquarium

Brand new spacious 2 bedroom apartment with all necessities for a home away from home. Excellent immediate virtual services. Wish I could stay a little longer.

Perfect place to stay with my family. Likes: Staying at Kasa RiNo was great. We needed a 2bd, 2ba, kitchen and laundry room and that is what we got! Everything we needed was provided. Would definitely stay here again. The price was great with what we got. Pool was great! The new areas outside that the city is developing are nice to walk around and play at. I know some people say parking is crazy, but when you park in the correct parking garage, it is perfect. Parking is in a locked covered garage, so that made me feel safer about our vehicle. You have to use a keycard to get into buildings and elevator. Dislikes: Bed was a little hard. People say outside noises are a distraction, but I honestly don't think they are that bad. Our room did have a noise machine in it, but I did not use it. No construction noises.

Great two bedroom place with a kitchen, pool, laundry, gym, and just about everything you need. The price was also very reasonable. Check in instructions were very clear and made everything simple. Highly recommend!

Great instructions for check in and check out. The apartment had lots of natural light and had a balcony over looking the pool. The apartment was very clean and was a great location in River North. Close to Coors Field and many restaurants and bars. We had a great stay!

I wouldn’t stay here again. The pros did not outweigh the cons. Likes: The price was affordable, it was mostly clean. They set up a nice anniversary surprise for us inside complete with candles and rose petals, that was a very kind gesture. They also gave us free tickets to a comedy club, which was fun! Dislikes: The shower didn’t drain. The washing machine smells awful and made our clothes smell bad too! The dishes were dirty in the cabinets, I had to wash all of them before using. Directions for using the parking garage were vague, it took multiple trips to and from to get the key card to work right and figure it out. They charged us for damage we didn’t cause and accused us of smoking in the apartment which we did not do.

Kasa was a good place to stay. Pros: price, amenities (pool, cool playground and fitness area), close to the highway. Cons: parking is very confusing (see more), dust in some areas, not a lot of restaurant options that you can walk to with kids. Although parking was very confusing and stressful, we were able to park our Toyota Sequoia with a topper in the garage with a 8' 2" clearance. Our kids really enjoyed the playground and pool which was nice after a long drive before we headed out the Grand Junction.

Good location , but way too much construction in the area and property back to a train line with constant noise . We did not care but anyone who worries about these issues should be aware .

This location was great to explore RINO, shop, and visit delicious restaurants. The rooms were spotless and spacious. Would absolutely recommend staying here if you are visiting the area!

Worst place I’ve ever stayed. This will end in a lawsuit. They had a noise detection machine that goes to only 80 decimals. The Airbnb sleeps 6 people so we had 6 people in the stay. 80 decimals is the sound of a blender going off. They decided to unlawfully cancel our 31 night reservation because we watched the basketball NBA finals at 6pm during the day. The noise detector kept auto notifying their virtual assistants from India that we were being too loud. At first they told me because of that they canceled our Airbnb without a refund. For the next 24 hours I battled with them about the United States law. Eventually the “owner” which was really just an employee of Kasa decided to come with police and unlawfully drill through the door to regain access to OUR temporary property. I will be suing the company Kasa. My attorneys have already been contacted. I strongly recommend you guys NEVER stay at this place. Unrealistic rules, impossible to contact real representatives, etc

Place was clean and nice.

Convenient Denver Likes: Loved the modern rooms and space. It waa convenient to downtown with access to it's many amenities. The staff was responsive prompt to address issues we had during our stay. Dislikes: The beds were very hard and uncomfortable.

Very good place to stay, especially the proximity to downtown and access to the interstate. Rooms were clean, parking (reserved) convenient and customer service very good.

Not much food in the area- 20 min walk ish to downtown. Really nice and easy parking. Very accessible to respond to questions.

Kasa was a great place to stay for our ladies trip to Denver. Close uber ride to everything. Very spacious and modern home. Felt very safe and secure.

Lots of nice amenities. Good location and fun things around there to do. Spacious for a 2 bedroom condo.

Beautiful apartment with everything we needed! Still walkable to lots of things in RiNo and downtown; but kind of a far walk—just FYSA for planning purposes! Overall loved the place and the host was very communicative and explained everything we needed very well.
