Wonderful stay , spacious, secure property. Plentiful cleaning products, coffee etc . Good location.

Fantastic stay ,spacious and secure.Good location. Generous supplies of coffee, cleaning products and toiletries. The only negative was that on the day we were checking out we would have appreciated being able to leave our luggage for an hour while we picked up our rental car ,however this was not possible.

Great location for exploring the Loop. The booking included free garage parking which is HUGE in Chicago. I haven't found anyone else who does. The apartment was spacious and equipped with everything I need (soap, shampoo, dish soap, etc) as well as in unit laundry (detergent included). It was nice to have multiple rooms to have some quite time. The balcony has a beautiful view of the river.

This was an awesome place to stay! We loved the rooftop and the views from the unit. The beds and couch were very comfortable.

Great views from the room! Loved the roof deck! Awesome location with lots of great dining options and close to the museums and aquarium. Easy check in and place was spotless. Target just a 1/2 block away was really convenient.

This apartment in Printer’s Row is awesome. Great location, safe neighborhood, super easy check in process. The apartment exceeded expectations; it looked like the photos that I saw on Airbnb, with one exception, it was actually bigger than I expected!! I thought there was just 1 bedroom and a pullout sofa bed in the living room. Imagine my surprise when I saw there was a very small 2nd room with a twin bed. I was traveling with my 14 year old nephew and he would have been totally fine crashing on the couch but the fact that he had his own little room was awesome. It allowed me to move around in the morning, have my coffee, do laundry, all without waking him. I have no idea if they are all like this or if we just lucked out. He’s a tall kid so I was a little worried his feet might hang off the bed but he said he slept just fine. We were facing the train tracks and they are loud, but both rooms were equipped with a white noise machine so once they were on we were not bothered by outside noise at all. The rooftop deck is awesome! And we could even see the fireworks from Navy Pier on Wednesday night. I had groceries delivered when we arrived but there is a really big Target about a 2 minute walk from the building. Tons of cool dogs in the building too, if you enjoy doggos as much as a do. Anyways, I was nervous about this trip because I’ve never used Airbnb before but this place had just about everything you could want. :)

Great place for 2 to stay! Me and my friend felt very safe and this isn’t too far from all the activities downtown has to offer :)

Location is great. Lots to do within walking distance and close to public transport. Onsite parking was great too. The unit was clean and comfortable, but the air conditioning was not working and we were without air for two nights. It was very warm. The management company worked as quickly as they could to get it fixed and everyone we spoke to was professional and helpful. We would stay again.

A really wonderful unit in a great building! Near lots of good coffee and food spots. If you enjoy a nice walk, it’s a straight shot to the riverwalk and Navy Pier! The host was very communicative and all instructions were clear and easy to follow.

The accomodation itself was really nice, clean and central. Some issues with communication/miscommunication about the bed(s) and unanswered questions.

Perfect setup and location for family if find to visit Chicago. We have three children and they each had their own bed, which was wonderful. Within walking distance to stores, restaurants and attractions.

We had a 2 bedroom corner apartment with fantastic views of Chicago on 2 sides. Large kitchen / living area which was well equipped. Far better to stay in spacious apartment then a hotel room. Twenty minute walk to the Riverside in Chicago

Really, exactly as described. Comfortable, clean and in a location where we needed. Having parking available was very important as we had older members in our group.

I was worried about this place initially because some reviews mentioned it wasn't as pictured or it was dirty. I can thankfully say that this was not the case in our situation. The place was smaller than I anticipated but it was very clean. The check-in process was well thought out and allowed us to enter the building/parking complex/room quickly once we reached the premises. The check-in process was initially confusing because there were two hosts, one at the main desk and one at a tiny portable desk by the entrance but it wasn't a huge deal. The amenities are nice in that the gym was never used but was well equipped with some isolation machines, several cardio machines, and even two bikes: one Peloton and the other another service. There was a separate section with dumbells and a separate room with a giant mirror for cardio. There was also a big, industrial-sized canister for sanitation wipes if you needed to wipe down any of the machines. The bathroom adjacent to the gym was also incredibly clean. Location-wise, it was a great spot to walk to nearby touristy spots without needing to experience touristy foot traffic. I was able to walk to the Bean in maybe 20 minutes but there were a variety of other landmarks you can see along the way. Just up the street was a Target, and you're well within a 5-minute walk to some great pizza (Art of Pizza comes to mind). It's a bit far from any of the clubs and bars, however, so do expect to Uber to those locations nearby the river. We would definitely rent this place out again.

This was a great location that was close to two metro stations and a Target. It was an easy walk to Grant Park and Sears Tower. It had great views and a wonderful rooftop seating area. I would stay here again!

We had an excellent stay at Kasa. Communication and check in were amazing. The space was incredible. We had incredible views and it was extremely well located. Close to a Target and many walking distance restaurants ( I recommend you try ELEVEN CITY DINER, about 10 mins walk). Overall really happy with our experience. Thank you KASA

We had a great stay at Kasa. Convenient location (target is a block away for any essentials you forgot to pack), easy check-in process, and nice sized space with good views. Having a designated parking spot is helpful too.

This was the perfect "in city" option for stay in Chicago. It was right in the heart of all kinds of resources-restaurants, entertainment, groceries, drug stores and right off all major highways. The parking was awesome and included!! The unit was clean, the building was clean and safe and the staff very helpful! Perfect alternative to a hotel room. This is our second stay at the same location and we will stay here again:)

Located in a convenient area in South Loop, close to restaurants, shops, freeway, it feels safe and clean. This part of Chicago (fit a big city) actually is surprisingly clean. The apt itself has easy checkin, a private parking garage in the back included in the apt rental. The apt complex has security, a business/Internet cafe, dry cleaners, gym, nice area for walking. Apt had a nice kitchen, ADA bathroom, it’s a studio- style, but comfy bed with a balcony with decent view of the city below. Also stacked washer/dryer which is nice with our four day stay. We’d definitely stay again!

The view can’t be beat! A great location, and a well maintained property with friendly and helpful staff. Check in and out we’re both seamless. My service dog also absolutely loved the dog park on the property. I definitely hope to stay again with Kasa in the future!

What a great stay

Great stay with family! Great location and very well kept unit!

In general, our stay here was good. It was a great location for walking to explore the city. Essentials nearby. Parking was a bonus. The building felt clean and well managed with 24/7 security. The unit itself was immaculately clean. So clean, it smelled of bleach when we arrived. (There were however some towels and bedding left washed and forgotten/dried out in the washing machine but we didn’t mind.) The process of check-in/check-out was super easy with the provided instructions and pictures. The unit was spacious, cute and had everything you might need from coffee pods to makeup remover wipes. It’s important to keep in mind that it’s an apartment building. The unit across from us had a dog that would howl near continuously from 6am onward for the 5 days that we were there. Our biggest complaint was on our last morning just before 9am, someone punched in our door code, unlocked the door and entered the unit while we were asleep. They did not knock. We were quite rattled to be woken up by a stranger coming into the unit. The person said sorry and left. There is no way to additionally lock the door while inside the unit, like the latch that hotel rooms have on the back of the door. This experience was unnerving to us. I’d recommend bringing a travel door alarm or for Kasa to implement a door latch.
