Great location for events at Hollywood Forever—extremely walkable, and getting in and out was easy once we located the parking garage entrance. The apartment was spacious with an incredible view of the Hollywood Sign. The bed and living area were clean and comfortable, the kitchen was serviceable, though the bathroom could have been tidier. Our main issue was the heat. On a 90° day, the room reached over 80° inside; even with the shades drawn, the AC struggled until after sunset. Additionally, one of the building’s two elevators was out of service, and the working one was uncomfortably hot.

Dislikes: You have to be 21 to book and it is not clearly stated when booking. (Even though we are both legal adults in the US) The code they provided after checking out to access luggage storage did not work, without an another guest's help we wouldn't have been able to get our suitcases.

The apartment is wonderfully equipped and furnished. Conveniently located. Great shops and restaurants in walking distance, along with the Hollywood Walk of Fame!

My wife and I stayed here while visiting for a Greek Theatre concert. What a great find! Within easy Uber distance from the theatre so we offset the uber cost without having to pay huge parking fees or getting stuck in traffic. The city view room we had was huge with picture windows running the whole room length and great views of the surrounding Hollywood area. The room was super clean and very well appointed including a huge TV, quality amenities, a huge kitchen (that we barely used), free laundry (including detergent), and very quiet. A very good location as well not too far from the Hollywood main drag, but far enough to keep most of the riff-raff out. Communication was excellent as well. We conversed with the host a few times during our stay and responses were super-fast. We would stay at any Kasa properties again based on our experience.

If you need elevator maintenance done at midnight after you've already taken three trips of luggage and carried someone with a sprained ankle up 6 flights of stairs, this is the spot for you!!!!!!!!!!!

The two elevators are not working and we have really big luggages we can’t take through stairs, i dont like not having anyone of staff around to help, Not very clear of where to park too. But the rest seems pretty

Loved it! Room was clean, very spacious, and staff is super nice. There were a few minor issues like the entrance light flickering and bathroom lock not working but wasn't a big deal for us. Will def stay here next time I come!

Home away from home Our stay at Kasa was incredible and relaxing. The room was big and well furnished, even the kitchen felt like I was at home. It had a cozy feel with a huge view of downtown and the hills on the other end. The parking situation was very convenient with an elevator straight to our floor. It’s in a very clean and safe area of the city which is always nice. There are so many activities and places to eat within minutes of the hotel. There was always an uber 1 minute away whenever I needed it so that was nice if you wanted to skip driving. I’m just all around pleased with the stay and will be back.

The room was clean and the staff was helpful. The kitchen and laundry facilities were convenient. However, the listing didn’t mention the $50 parking fee, which was frustrating. The elevator wasn’t working, and check-in in Los Angeles has shifted to a standard 4 PM, which meant waiting longer than expected. You have an option to pay $25 to avoid the room deposit which isn’t returned to you until 5 to 10 business days. I’d avoid staying in Los Angeles.

Likes: Spacious apartment. The room was clean and had everything I needed. Dislikes: The building needs a refresh and a good clean. The parking was tight and initially hard to locate. Clearer instructions would have been better. Elevator was broken leaving only one lift

They have 2 elevators, but 1 was out of service days before I showed up, so there was only 1 working. That elevator stopped working on multiple occasions. I have a sister who is very ill and mom that is battling cancer, we all had no choice but to take the stairs to the 8th floor, more than once. Absolutely unacceptable.

Clean spacious room, sound proof (could not hear outside at all). There was a buzzing sound from the vents in the room and we had to take the stairs to the 10th floor because the elevators were not working for a few hours but other than that it was great. For the price, I would definitely return!

Very trendy loft-style apartment with an outrageous parking fee. Likes: Location was good to typical Hollywood events and activities. Once inside the building, it felt very safe and was pretty at night. A cute loft look. Fully stocked kitchen with all the basics including salt/pepper/oil(nice touch). Customer service women were very sweet and did the best to their Dislikes: PARKING FEE!! Let me say it louder PARKING FEE IS RIDICULOUS!! $55 for a place right off the freeway in Hollywood(which is a dumpy little city when you really look at it) is shocking! We paid the exact same price for valet at the Aulani in KoOlina Hawaii. Think about that logically. Make it make sense. Truthfully it should be provided because just outside the gate isn’t safe for 2 women traveling alone. We watched 4 police officers, guns drawn, round the corner and arrest 2 people right in front of us. We had to run back to our car with our bags because we had no idea what was about to occur.additionally there is a fee to not “hold your security deposit” and charge a flat fee of $23ish dollars. If every customer opted for that, they would be pilfering a lot more money per month that is sneaky. We did NOT select that option.

Good deal ! Pretty view, good spot and comes with some amenities- cookware & response time could’ve been better but we’re good overall ! They have a lounge with coffee, bed was comfortable and room was perfectly sized ! Great stay ❣️
