A quiet, welcoming and restful sanctuary in the heart of San Francisco
I travel a lot for work, and I have to say that the Hotel Castro was one of my favorite places. It was a 15 minute walk from my conference, and also it’s in the heart of the Castro section of San Francisco with shops, restaurants, bars, and entertainment.
The room was hip and inviting with a small fridge and a nespresso coffee maker. I loved the little balcony off my room and the rooftop balcony front and back, though it was a little too chilly to sit outside. What I appreciated most was how quiet it was. I will definitely return.
