Likes: The road was closed to the hotel there was absolutely no parking for the hotel. I had to find another hotel to stay at because this was the last experience and terrible experience. I have a hat I need a full refund I am going to get my refund

Only reason 4 instead of 5 stars is the event that was held downstairs in the gym (building used to be a ymca) we were not permitted to attend. Which was annoying since they had very loud edm music for until 2am

Beautiful hotel by the light of day but no one warns you about the EDM rave happening on the first floor where the bass shakes the entire building until 2am. Who in their right mind puts a dance club and a hotel in the same building? We struggled to sleep until it finally ended at 2am. Kasa moved us to another room on the floor above but it was still right over the club and we could hear the beats still. It was a miserable night and I’ll never stay at a Kasa hotel again.

The location is great. Rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Their online service is great, and also available 24/7 by phone. However, as this is a virtual hotel, some services are missing: Breakfast, luggage storage, and shipping to this location. I was unaware of it. The staff, online, did above and beyond to assist.

This is our second stay at Kasa, love it so much. This room was so spacious, yet cozy. Coffee in the morning sun on the window seat is a treat, great communication, quiet, and uniquely appointed.

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The room was cute/cozy. The towels were so plush! The pillows were too soft and not supportive. The biggest downfall was there was an event on the main floor and we could hear the music in our 5th floor room until 2am. Very glad we weren’t on a lower floor, but still made sleeping difficult part of the night.

This hotel is a turn key operation, there is no service staff directly accessible on duty. They merely give you a phone number if you need something as simple as towels. I was thoroughly disappointed that the human aspect of directly accessible staff was completely lost on this place because they would not rather have anyone at the front desk. There is no front desk. This hotel doesn't care about providing service, they just want your money

Never again!!!! Literally have a RAVE pumping BASS at 11pm right now in the lobby, shaking the walls and everything in the room all the way up to the 5th floor. Only recommend if you like glow sticks and extacy/ MDMA or using hotel rooms for something other than sleeping. You will not sleep and with no front desk they can do nothing to even pretend to care.

Likes: Easy Checkin was nice. The location was amazing. Dislikes: The housekeeper opened the door without knocking and entered the room before the check out time at 11 am. This happened at roughly 10:30 am so it was alarming.

The rooms themselves are amazing, I genuinely can’t believe how cheap this hotel is for what you’re getting. The digital experience is very interesting and I had no real issues with it. My only critique would be to perhaps send building check in codes earlier to allow guests to wait in lobby for their rooms rather than outside.

Rooms were clean and well appointed. Staff was really nice. They went out of their way to retrieve an item I left behind and meet me at the door to return it. The East Liberty neighborhood has great restaurants. Love to stay in this area when bringing our son to/from school.

I liked the friendly staff and speedy reaction to questions and the room design with its thoughtful amenities. I would love to see some dining options or healthy snacks to be available when you arrive late night. The online check-in works very well and is well instructed, however the whole process with identification and receiving and reading emails felt a bit cumbersome to me.

Easy stay at Maverick by Kasa I enjoyed my stay at Maverick by Kasa. The checkin was easy, rooms were quite nice. I was there for 5 nights and would be helpful if there was a place we could get fresh towels or more coffee packets. Parking in a pay lot that started at 8 AM was a challenge

I stayed in March for one night. The room was meticulous, the design great and amenities fine. A generator noise was audible through the night. All staff, on the phone and bar were helpful and friendly. I would love to see an opportunity to eat a little. I was too tired to go out and there was nothing in the hotel, but cookies in the room. I enjoyed the hotel .

Great experience! Loved the architecture and decor. Check in and out was a breeze. Neighborhood had several good restaurants within walking distance. Only slightly negative thing was that it isn’t near a lot of the main tourist attractions, but most everything was within a 15 minute drive. Would definitely stay again.

Staying at Kasa The Maverick was an amazing experience from end to end. All arrival instructions were properly sent in advance. Once at the apartment we couldn’t help but falling in love with it. The Kasa team is definitely into every single detail. It was our first time in Pittsburgh, and they made us feel it exactly like home.

Planned to stay due to reconstruction surgery and my surgeon had to push my surgery back due to another patient. It was last minute but surgeon was able to get me in 4 days later. Unfortunately it was at another hospital and staying with Kasa would no longer work. As soon as I was aware of the situation I contacted Kasa and every time I spoke with them they said that they’d defer to what AirBnBs policy and what they decided. AirBnB was willing to fully refund me even though they’re policy normally wouldn’t but needed to speak with Kasa. Kasa refused to give me a full refund. With all of my medical bills, due to my breast cancer, this was money I truly could not afford to lose. I understand policy, however, I also feel that companies need to reevaluate their practices when presented with extenuating circumstances. Especially when it involves someone’s health.
