The place is managed by a virtual staff almost like robocall where they will answer questions but hardly will provide help after several attempts. For check in the first day, at 9 pm we still didn’t have check in instructions. After we got them, We felt very uncomfortable with providing facial scan biometric pictures, picture of your license driver and despite it was paid; credit card information, that should be disclosed before reserving is like an identity/privacy violation. There’s a noisy venue below the rooms were earplugs won’t be enough due to the vibration in the room. We requested help in the morning and again by noon (by email because is very impersonal) about a Techno DJ event. We were told that it was a moderate noise. By 5pm we were in the room when they were testing and the noise and room vibration were unbearable and stressful. We called and they think you’re asking questions not asking for help until you need to make that very clear. We were informed later in the evening that we would be changed only that night which we really appreciated. Once we came back to the hotel from dinner We had to pack and inform we were ready to change, it took them 50-54 minutes to give us the check in instructions again (it was 11:50 pm already the noise and vibration were stressful). We moved and we had to move back again to our original room next day before 11 am and do the check in again. We found a very strange insect and fortunately the cleaning person was there. We were surprised because the room, sheets, towels are very clean but I guess with all that vibration some insects had to show…. The hotel has no gym, restaurants and of course front desk. The neighborhood is ok but far from the main attractions. The rooms have an interesting decoration. However I wouldn’t stay back there.
