Pros: nice location, stylish, nice tea/coffee in room, had no issues finding it or getting in, check-in instructions (once there) are very detailed.
Cons: check-in process (online) requires a ton of personal information provided to an unknown third party system, there are tech support issues that make it very difficult to know if you are confirmed/any other info, their support over email is only sometimes responsive, weird insistence on their house rules, which are enforced by "sensors", bed is uncomfortable and very low, there is not a single other comfortable seat in the room, hotel is hotel price but has zero amenities, parking is tricky and I got a parking ticket even having paid the meter, if anything goes wrong there is no one there to support you, and the rooms have the regular hotel issues (light was out in bathroom sort of thing).
Overall, it was doable but I wouldn't recommend or book again.
