Reservation was easy, and details that followed were complete and timely, allowing for ease in arrival and check-in, which was all on-line. The building has an urban, industrial chic, with modern touches. It is unique and funky. It was very clean and well-maintained. We had plenty of room for the two of us, and it was quiet. The neighborhood has many restaurant options, and is walkable. I appreciated the opportunity to experience local, neighborhood restaurants, rather than chains, and the young professional vibe of the area. It is a fifteen minute drive from downtown, so it was easy to get back and forth. I enjoyed the contrast of having our time downtown during the day, and returning to the contrasting quieter neighborhood here. It's a great option if one has a car, with the caveat that only paid street parking is available. I would highly recommend The Maverick by Kasa for all these reasons.
