I'm leaving this specific review in case others are looking for a hotel near downtown Denver that has a pool. The pool at Kasa Union Station Denver was out of order when we stayed there in mid July 2025. It looked very broken, as in "not likely to be fixed anytime soon" (pictures attached). This was disappointing because we booked the room for the reasons of its location in the city, and the pool for our child to enjoy.
Other than this, the room was clean and enjoyable, and the location was great. We felt safe at this hotel and in the neighborhood. The room had everything we needed so that we could cook, do laundry, and relax during our stay. We had access to the fitness center, which was clean, felt safe during daytime use, and was quite expansive in it's equipment.
I'm giving service 4 stars because there wasn't really any staff around on the weekends. Our room needed some minor attention, which didn't negatively affect our stay, but if anything more major had come up, I'm not certain that it would have been able to be attended to.
