Reviews of Kasa Union Station DenverReviews of Kasa Union Station Denver

Had a great stay at Kasa. They will now be one of my first searches when I have to travel

Very nice place

Great location and within walking distance to downtown areas. Clean and easily accessible.

Enjoyed the spacious apt and kitchen. Washer and dryer in the unit was great. The Starbucks coffee machine was an added bonus!

The location was perfect for our visit, walking distance to what we wanted to see. The windows faced east and the morning sun was bright in the bedrooms. Darkening shades would have kept the sun light from waking us up so early.

Very clean and very nice rooms

Expensive, but a very nice stay overall. Likes: Very clean and well kept. We loved this location. Dislikes: It was very pricey.

Very spacious apartment, amenities were great, and walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would stay here again!

Most of our stay was very good. Auto-generated messages were many and their timing made them less relevant. We accidentally left with a rearview parking pass and they charged us $100. All in all was a nice place, but the last taste accentuated the overall cold, automated feel compared to other stays in this category. We left in a hurried way because a fire alarm sounded shrilly from 7:30 to 8:30 AM with no apparent or controllable reason.

Loved being able to take the river walk down to the stadium, but still be within a few blocks of Union Station and great downtown restaurants. It’s definitely worth viewing the videos for checking in and also to find the parking. Also appreciate how clean it was and the nice coffee machine right outside of the room as well as a coffee maker and supplies inside.

Great location. Beautiful propert, will stay again next visit.

Great Airbnb. Strict with their rules but clear about their expectations and rules.

Amazing vacation rental! Perfect apartment for get away. Everything was just right. The amenities in the building were amazing. The location was great. We were there for baseball and the Rockies stadium is a 10 minute walk. The Broncos stadium is close by as well, we could see it from the park across the street. Will definitely stay there again when in Denver.

Likes: Clean and great location Dislikes: Hair dryer didn’t work well

Perfect, room and location.

The place is solid. But it’s run by a management company that will nickel and dime you, provide the absolute minimum, and just in general provide the feeling of staying at a soulless corporate investment property (because that’s all it is). Fine in a pinch, but this is sort of the opposite of what airbnbs are supposed to feel like - a wonderful, inviting, home away from home. Kasa wants your money, and is uninterested in anything beyond providing the bare minimum experience.

Met our expectations. Clean, quite and secure.

The space was comfortable for the night and has all the desired amenities. Communication was easeful, and there is a park across the street and a dog park nearby. I found the decor to be really bland, everything is gray. It was expensive for one night to begin with, then on top of that there were fees for the pet, for parking, and to check in early. Too much in my opinion. They then informed me they would be coming in the apartment at 9am to do a routine check. I told them I was there for an evening event that went very late and would not appreciate them coming in that early. They didn't come in as far as I know- but I just think that is something that could easily be scheduled when the apartment is being prepared for another guest, not during their stay. It would be different if it was someone's personal home, but this is clearly an airbnb only rental business. For the price- thats silly.

Great room at Riverfront park Likes: The studio apartment is great, cozy, and clean. Feels great, comfortable bed.. The location is excellent. Dislikes: Not enough silverware and plates

This was so convient to Union Station and Coors field where we met our tours and shuttles. Really did not need a rental car.Free bus to downtown area was a bonus. The apartment was better than a hotel because it offered a full kitchen, washer and dryer, king sized bed, and garage parking. A short walk provided numerous dining opportunities. Would stay at Kasa in the future!

Great setup for traveling with family. We booked a fully furnished two bedroom apartment., ours had a third room that was set up as an office that could have also doubled as a nursery. Nice outside courtyard pool and bbq area too. The completely virtual check in process was a bit tedious after an exhausting day of travel, but it was fine after I figured it out We would certainly stay at a Kasa property again.

⭐️5‑Star Airbnb – Stellar Stay Near Empower Stadium, Denver My stay at this Airbnb was fantastic! The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from Empower Stadium, and close to transit, restaurants, and breweries—perfect for catching a game or exploring downtown Denver. The apartment itself is super clean and modern, with sleek furnishings and fresh linens. Everything felt brand new, and the big windows let in tons of natural light. The kitchen is well‑equipped with all the essentials. What really stood out was the host’s responsiveness. They answered my messages within minutes, gave detailed check‑in instructions, and were quick to help. Amenities like high‑speed Wi‑Fi, smart TV, in‑unit laundry, made the whole experience effortless. The bed was very comfortable, perfect after a long day. Overall, this Airbnb hit all the right notes: top‑notch cleanliness, modern style, excellent location, and a host who genuinely cares. Highly recommended if you’re heading to Empower Stadium.

The location is excellent, just a short walk from Union Station. Our one-bedroom unit featured a king-size bed and a fold-out couch bed. It was very quiet, with complimentary coffee provided. Communication with the host was seamless. Extra sheets for the couch bed were available, though a large duvet blanket was missing. The host accommodated an early check-in and allowed us to extend our stay by a day. Would definitely stay again.

Leaving 1 star because I can't leave 0. They ruined the last day of our vacation. We had a cleaning service walk in completely un announced, no knock, no hello, nothing. Luckily we were in the room working on our laptops and refused to let them in. When I called customer service to find out what was happening they were unhelpful, rude, and unapologetic. SOMEHOW the last day of our trip wasn't booked on their end. And when I called to add another day I was told it would be an additional $500 because of "dynamic pricing" and I had " missed my window" to extend my stay at my pre selected rate by 30 min. They were absolutely no help and when I asked for a manager the lady put me on hold and came back with an obvious fake accent/ voice change, 100% still the same lady. Nothing within walking distance. Homeless people in the park across the street. And on top of that trying to scam me out of $500 for missing a 30 minute window? I don't think so. Stay anywhere else. These people will try to scam you any chance they get. We ended up staying at another hotel 10 min away for out last day, it was priced better, smelled better, had wonderful front desk people, and a better vibe. Kasa is over priced and our view was a wall 10 feet from our balcony. View at the new place? Oh that was the mountains at no additional cost. Much better options than kasa out there, kasa is literally renting out apartments they can't sell (this is a partially owned apartment building) because they are charging too much to live in the city. Avoid at all cost. Your wallet will thank you. I can't stress enough how abysmal the customer service was.

Nice place- just make sure your trip is refundable! Likes: It was okay. Distance to elevator was crazy. Dislikes: There was no one to help or ask questions.

Five Stars Awesome place. Check in is a little complicated, but smooth sailing from there. Apartment is clean and well-stocked. Shared spaces are incredible. Walking distance to Coors Field. Would definitely stay here again if coming to Denver.

Kasa was amazing and very easy spot at Denvers center. I’ll come back again.

Nice place in a good area

After our lengthy struggle to find and get into the garage to park our vehicle, things improved. The studio was clean and welcoming. We loved the porch, the quiet neighborhood and the Starbucks coffee machine in our floor lobby. But, you need to give patrons clear instructions about the garage and provide us with a card that will actually open the garage door or let us know that the fob is the only way to do it. That was very frustrating at the end of a long day on the road

Likes: Nearby Scooters and eBike rentals (with just a simple app purchase) are awesome for exploring the downtown area.

Solid spot

We had a concert in Denver at Empower field and this was honestly the perfect place to stay. It’s close enough that it was super easy to get to and from the stadium, but also perfectly located so that it didn’t actually feel like we were downtown. If you’ve ever stayed at the hotels near 16th st, you know what a headache it is just getting there. The surrounding area is very nice and peaceful. Not only was it conveniently located, but the apartment itself was nice and clean. We had very clear check in/out instructions. The hosts were extremely responsive to any questions we had. I will definitely be booking with them again the next time I’m in Denver.

Wonderful place to stay! Everything was great! I did notice the drain in the sink in the master bathroom drained very slow. I think it may need to be cleaned! Thank you!

Everything about this condo was perfect for our needs. It was so clean and bright and very spacious. Location was great. We loved that it was right across the street from a park. It seemed quiet and serene yet was near to coffee shops and restaurants. The free 16th Street bus was super close, as well. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful property!

Staying at Kasa had all the benefits of staying in a hotel along with all the benefits of staying in your own apartment. There was always staff around if needed and they always were quick to get back to me if I had any questions. Finally, it was wonderful having freshly ground coffee whenever we wished right in the elevator lobby. I would definitely stay at another Kasa place again!

My go-to in Denver

Excellent location staff were very helpful the apartment was clean and tidy

Virtual check-in was a bit of a challenge, but detailed instructions and virtual support got us through it nicely. Apartment was spare but well-appointed, especially liked the kitchenette and coffee. Neighborhood is good, especially proximity to greenbelt (we were traveling with our dog).
