My kids and I had a great stay at Kasa Union Station. The location is fantastic, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance and a Whole Foods nearby for groceries. It's also a block away from a nice coffee/cocktail bar.
Their customer service deserves special recognition, Sophie and Vinnie specifically. When we showed up, the pool was under construction, which was a big reason why I had booked this location. I called Kasa and explained the situation and everyone I spoke with was very gracious and understanding and willing to work with me to make things right. They were even willing to transfer my reservation to their other Denver property that had a functioning pool, which I appreciated. The situation was an unfortunate hiccup in an otherwise great experience, but these things happen and they handled it remarkably well.
The only reason I'm giving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the pool being out of commission should have been communicated somewhere during the booking process.
