Likes: Very clean and quiet. Easy walk to Union Station. Easy access to expressways for trips out of Denver. Dislikes: Pool was closed for maintenance and was not made aware of this prior to stay.

The condo was clean and spacious. It was up-to-date and comfortable. I was conveniently located close to lots of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. It was also conveniently located to the Union Station train that runs directly to the airport. Having two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a full kitchen, a den, and an outdoor patio for the same price as a hotel room seems like a no brainer to me. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful safe beautiful on the river park. Apartment was simply and well appointed. Quiet. Comfortable. A lot of ease…will definitely stay here again.

The property was very clean, the bed was comfortable and having a full kitchen was amazing for cooking our breakfast before going out for the day to explore. Very walkable location and felt very safe. Free coffee in the lobby was a plus too!

Floors were disgusting and everything was cheap. Main bed was extremely uncomfortable and major lack of kitchen utensils. We shopped to cook and not even a can opener. We were in town for a basketball tournament do kids needed multiple showers and they would not provide more than 1 towel per person for the entire weekend. Not satisfied at all.

Kasa House is a mojo dojo. I'd highly recommend it. I'll look into renting other properties of yours Likes: I really liked the quiet location next to the park. The unit was spacious, clean and well equipped. The staff was responsive to any questions.

This was such a beautiful facility and it was very convenient to many great LoDo attractions. Although very close to downtown, it felt very safe and quiet. Loved the room! It was very roomy and comfortable! Thanks for a wonderful week in Denver!

Great place to stay in Denver! Very nice apartment with everything you need. The directions were very easy to follow. It was in a very nice area to walk around, explore, and get to restaurants and grocery stores. Very clean and quiet apartment and part of town. We would definitely stay there again!

This was the cutest apartment for our first time stay in Denver. Traveled with another couple and there was plenty of room for all 4 of us. They were amazing at responding to any questions I had almost immediately.. I think there could be better instructions for accessing the building/using the key card they give you. Don’t pay for parking. Street parking is free. The area is perfect location. Walk to Denver skate park, union station etc. plenty of food spots around. very convenient. I would recommend anyone to stay here! We loved our time and the beds were one of the most comfy beds I’ve slept on! Cleanliness was superb. I have no complaints other than the long hallway walks to our room. Felt like we were walking forever some times. Wish there were elevators on both sides of the building. 10/10 !

Modern, great value and good location. Arriving at Kasa Union station was really easy, the check in process was explained very well and getting into the apartment was a breeze. The apartment (426) was a good size, very well equipped and nicely decorated, although it did seem quite dark. The main reason I have not given 5 stars is that the bed was not very big. I had booked a king, but this felt more like a double, the mattress was comfortable but just too small. The bathroom was also, I think an accessible bathroom, which I had not booked and this meant the shower was very low, which made showering quite difficult if you are taller than 5 ft, we also ran out of body wash on the second day as it was not refilled before our stay. The location is excellent with union station a five minute walk away and plenty of dining options along the 16th St mall only a 15 minute walk away. Parking was also great and again really easy to find and enter due to the excellent directions given during the check in process. All in all we enjoyed our stay at Kasa Union Station and found all the communications we had with Kasa pre and during our stay to be excellent, and we would definitely use them again.

Convenient location to Union Station and Coors Field. Disappointed the pool was being renovated.

Great stay Great location, clean, and a large space. would love to return and stay again. we didn't bring our dogs, but loved seeing all the pets. pool was closed which would have been nice to know before we signed up, but didn't make too much difference.

Incredible location, thoroughly enjoyed staying here while in Denver. Easy to get around via train/scooters/walking and central to many destinations. Would recommend!!

Kasa Union Station is a fantastic location & such a superb place to stay. The toiletries in the bathroom are very welcome. The apartment is very well stocked with necessary cleaning items. Good to have the washing facilities in the apartment too. Wonderful walk-in wardrobes in our 2 bedroom apt. Just a shame we didn't have a balcony!

Great Location great stay We booked to stay at Kasa to be near Union station for a concert at Red Rocks and wanted a good location to walk to catch the Red Rocks shuttle it was a safe convent location. Clean Room with easy to access building. Parking was a breeze in the garage and we enjoyed our stay and being able to have a kitchen to have snacks and food as well as brew coffee in the morning. Lots of restaurants near by in walking distance. The walk back at night around 11:30pm from the bus felt safe and would recommend

Truly a home away from home. When traveling I will always be looking for the closest Kasa

We had a great stay in Denver and the superb apartment just added to this. Likes: Location was ideal as long as you are able to walk about - not too far from a good selection of restaurants and bars. Apartment was extremely spacious and well equipped - always great to have laundry facilities available as well! Dislikes: Only one thing which could have been a problem was the lack of a facility to store luggage. Luckily we were able to get an early check in, and paid for an extra night so we could stay until it was time for our flight, but if this hadn’t been available there would have been some inconvenience.

A great jumping off point for a quick weekend trip to Denver. It was so convenient being able to take the train from the airport and walk to our apartment. The park across the road is peaceful and great for walking along the river. There were plenty of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The record player was a fun touch, although it would be nice to have a speaker to hook up to also. The natural light in the space is amazing, but the blinds are not light blocking so be prepared to wake up with the sun.

Another great stay. We would absolutely stay at this location again.

great place to stay within walking distance of shops and restuarants downtown! check in was made easier with instructions provided. parking is included for a separate cost, so plan ahead for that.

Perfect place to stay for a city break. Likes: Excellent location in probably the most walkable part of the city. I was able to take the train from airport to union station and it was less than 10 minute walk. Was nice being able to walk to the baseball game and explore the river trails nearby. The unit itself was very clean and had everything you could need for a respite from the city activities Dislikes: It wasn’t a major issue but the check in process is a little different. Kasa will send you the check in details the day before so if you look at that in advance, it’s not that bad. Just check that you’re at the right building entrance and be aware there’s multiple codes (building entrance, elevator, unit).

Nice apartment stay! So much space and very easy check in checkout process for being contactless. Included fresh linens, laundry amenities, and a full kitchen within the unit. Super clean and posh place. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Hope to see more of these Kasa style short term apartment rentals—What a cool concept!

We stayed for one week. It was a wonderful time! The location was convenient since the Union Station is near the apartment, and the rooms were enough for four of us. We definitely will stay in Kasa again when we visit Denver.

Worth it There is some anxiety involved with not having a desk agent present...but in my experience We did just fine without one. We were given a code and you need this to get in the building, to go up the elevator And to get in your room. If I needed anything , I would call. If I needed immediate attention or If I had some time to wait for an answer you can literally just text them on your phone. It was clean, the rooms were stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans and silverware. Full fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Full sized coffee pot. There is also a machine that serves starbucks coffee on tap, 24/7 for free. Iced (comes out hot and you need to cool it) and hot coffee. The location is walking distance from the train station and the park. I recommend you download the lime scooter app and ride scooters around Denver. Don't use the lyft scooters is my recommendation. I had directions straight to my room. Bathroom was huge and closets were huge. I would book again.

Great Home Away The Kasa was a great stay for my work trip in Denver - easy to park outside or in the garage. Apartment was clean and stocked well. I will say if you arrive later in the evening, the door code was very hard to figure out - and I actually didn't - someone let me in. There was another guest having the same issue. Be sure to do the check-in verification ahead of time - a little annoying but the only way you get your access information.

Super clean unit! It was wonderful! The property was very nice. Make sure you carry the elevator access fob with you! Major bummer not to have it when you need it! Lovely, spacious Studio unit. We appreciated the covered garage with entry/exit access for the car, although charging an extra fee for this seems excessive. It should be included in the room rental. Great location proximal to Coors Field, I-25, Downtown area, etc.

Best location, clean apartment and comfortable stay in Denver. Likes: The location of this property is great. We walked to most of the neighborhoods of Denver. It is located across from a river park and we hopped on the river trails to do our daily walking. Denver has many pedestrian bridges that go over the river, highways, and train tracks. Wholefoods is about a 10 minute walk as long as you don't mind walking up and down 3 flights of steps to get over the train tracks. The apartment we stayed at (418) was bright and spacious. We faced the pool but had an angled view of the city. We loved the record player and the 60's decor. There was plenty of coffee both in the apartment and in the hallway. Enough dishes , pots, pans, silverware, and cooking utensils. Would have liked aluminum foil or some type of wrap. There was salt and pepper, and olive oil. The unit was very clean with a good washer and dryer in addition to the dishwasher. This is a very "green energy" building with a nice gym. The area around is young and again walking distance to great restaurants and a food court called Avanti. Dislikes: The only negative is you are dealing with a "virtual front desk" and if you have questions you have to text or email. Check-in can be a little difficult if you are arriving late and tired. The initial parking instructions were vague and didn't tell you upfront that you have to get your parking card in the apartment and then drive around to where the underground parking garage was. There were no instructions in your check in part of the instructions. It wasn't until I asked the specific question did I finally get the answer. Right before we checked in they texted me that they were doing work on the pool and there maybe noise of construction. I appreciated the notice and it was short handed but the noise wasn't too bad and the weather was such that we didn't miss not using the pool,
